00:00Were you always looking to go out more this month, Jamie?
00:03Not always, it happened so fast, it was so quick but when an opportunity arises you take it and that's what I did so yeah.
00:10Did it need to sell Preston to you really or was it quite a thing?
00:15No, when I spoke to Paul, the manager, I think it was from the get-go, he sold me so it was amazing.
00:22You seem suited to that left-wing back role with people getting up and down.
00:26Yeah, I do, it's one of my main strengths so I think this team that I've joined in Sanford is a perfect place for me to just play my football and do really well.
00:34You've got 18 games after this and you're in the FA Cup so a good second half of the season for you to just attack and show what you can do.
00:40Absolutely, it'll be fantastic. A big opportunity in the FA Cup and the Championship to just keep pushing on.
00:45What have the lads been like walking into an addressing room full of plenty of no-one and stuff moving around?
00:50Fantastic, yeah, like I said before, everybody's been so welcoming. They've just put their hand around me and obviously there's a few young players there but I think they've just put my hand around me and they're fantastic so it's good.
01:01What's your journey like so far in football and do you feel ready for this level to test yourself?
01:06Yeah, I'm hungry, I'm ready and this is what I've been waiting for so hopefully I can deliver and impress the fans and just keep getting the three points every week that we can do.
01:14I can imagine Thomas Frank's been brilliant to learn from and work with.
01:18Yeah, he's an amazing coach. Even the little details like the intensity and everything, I think he brings that out of my game a lot. It's credit to him at times.
01:26I think he's a fantastic coach to work under and I've learnt quite a lot for the short time under him.
01:31At best, was it a challenge for you to have a big, strong man?
01:36Yeah, I think size doesn't really matter, to be honest, when you're playing football. He's a good player. He was, I'd say, a tough opponent but no, he's a good bat.
01:46Is the North Lear for you really coming in just really confident?
01:50No, I'm ready to play football, to be honest with you. I'm confident and excited to play again.
