00:00Now, where does Detroit go from here, Vinny, without Ben Johnson immediately after the game?
00:05It seems as though Ben Johnson shook Dan Campbell's hand and said adios because it
00:09was reported almost immediately that he was going to head somewhere else.
00:14I see some folks on social media saying the reason why he took the Bears job is because
00:17obviously he has the most confidence in Caleb Williams. And while that could be true, I also
00:23wonder if this was the most money offered to him by any team too, right, Vinny? Like,
00:26that doesn't get talked about. Yeah, the Bears are being very aggressive here. They're trying to
00:31put together this coaching staff with these demoted saints here, Dennis Allen, Darren Rizzi.
00:38They're trying to steal some of that mojo. They're trying to steal some of the Lions.
00:42And the reported contract here is $13 million. And yeah, I mean, that's what it was going to
00:47take, the money. And I think the quarterback does help. He wants to be successful with that money as
00:52well because you don't want a short-term two seasons or three seasons and you're out of there
00:56again and then you're stuck looking for another coordinator job. So I think he had to pick the
01:01right spot. I think this is the right spot. I mean, the Jets and Saints are in quarterback limbo.
01:06Trevor Lawrence and Dak Prescott are in a bit of a mid-career crisis. So when you go elsewhere,
01:11I mean, it has to be the Bears. You get the first overall pick and a lot of offensive skill talent
01:18around. The biggest thing they're going to have to do going in is fix that offensive line. I think
01:22that's going to be number one priority draft with the free agency. Ryan Poles is going to have to do
01:28that. If they can get their offensive line shored up, I think they need another running back in
01:33there that they can trust. Then you're cooking with gas here with this offense. So I really
01:39think the Bears are not that far away from being a very high-scoring team.
