00:00Why did you file a complaint against Dr Mahathir?

00:02I filed a complaint against Dr Mahathir,

00:07and both of them filed a complaint against me personally,

00:14because I issued a notice, or they called it a warrant,

00:18to compel them to declare their assets under Section 36.1 of MHCC Act 2009.

00:26So, firstly, they have complied with my request and that of the investigators

00:35to declare their assets, including their assets, shares, and so on.

00:42So, I am satisfied with the declaration by both of them.

00:49In connection with Tansi Mozani,

00:52the amount of his assets,

00:56which is more or less 1 billion plus plus,

01:00which was declared,

01:02we have to divide it into two,

01:04one is his personal value,

01:06which is approximately 360 million,

01:10and besides that,

01:12there are other assets,

01:14such as shares and so on,

01:17which we have taken into account to reject their liabilities.

01:23Likewise, with Datuk Mewzan,

01:26whose total assets are 246.2 million,

01:33and his personal value is approximately 120 million ringgit.
