00:06who went viral on social media after being beaten by a security guard of a mall.

00:17Mandaluyong Police found the viral Sampaguita Vendor,

00:21a 22-year-old scholar who sells to help his family

00:26after their house was demolished in Quezon City.

00:30The Commission on Human Rights already talked to him for legal assistance

00:34but the family has yet to decide whether to file a complaint against the security guard or upload the video.

00:41Meanwhile, the PNP called the security guard and his agency to explain.

00:47It is possible that the security guard's license will be suspended and the agency will be punished

00:52if there is a lack of evidence.

00:55By next week, we will wait for the update.

00:57But definitely, if the security guard and our security agency do not appear,

01:04we can initiate the filing of an administrative complaint.

01:11The 22-year-old also clarified that he is not a member of a syndicate and he did not become aggressive.

01:17According to him, he sells Sampaguita to support his studies

01:22as a medical technology student and to help his family.

01:27Meanwhile, he temporarily stopped selling due to trauma and online bullying.

01:33He thanked those who helped, including the Department of Social Welfare and Development,

01:39and asked the security guard to forgive him for losing his job.

01:43However, he admitted that he was still afraid to meet him again.
