00:00I mean when I was in school I was so done with it, I was like I'm not going to uni,
00:04I'm not going to do anything, I'm just going to go traveling and it will find me,
00:08whatever I'm meant to do will find me. So today I am here at Kilroy Agency which is situated
00:15just off of White Ladies Road on the Clifton Triangle and we will be finding out from their
00:20team where to travel to in 2025. Let's find out more. So Kilroy all started post-war and
00:30students were trying to, thought they could bring peace into the world by getting people to go out
00:37and travel and see the world and so it was founded years ago by some students and then
00:43it eventually became what it is today which is a huge travel agency.
00:47Kilroy specializes in travel for young people but sometimes they also help those who have
00:56retired and finished work and got the travel bug. Let's chat to them to find out more about what
01:01they do. We were talking about this obviously for us coming into 2025 we're kind of thinking
01:06like where's going to be popular. I think you're always going to look at places that you can get to
01:12quite close. We've definitely seen that Thailand remains really popular. From London you've got the
01:18direct flights. You can still do it in two weeks and you can pick your budget. You can still find
01:25cheap affordable. You could go luxury but it's so much cheaper than luxury in Europe and things like
01:30that. Oh I would say Asia's always a very popular place. We've got, there's a lot going on in
01:38Thailand. I think Thailand has, you know, it's always been it's been popular for a long time
01:44but it's remained popular because it's just beautiful. It's a nice easy place to go. You
01:49can get direct flights from the UK and from Bristol it's a short bus to Gatwick or Heathrow.
01:56You need to get out of your home city I think at least twice a year something because you get so
02:02trapped in it and it can be depressing obviously staying same routine every single day but I think
02:07that travel is that one luxury that you could save for and really like enjoy every year and
02:14it feels less frivolous I think going on a trip. The places you can travel from the UK are endless
02:21but where can you travel directly from the city of Bristol? Let's find out. There aren't as many
02:29places to go direct from Bristol but you can go to places like maybe Morocco and there's a
02:38lot to do in Morocco. You could maybe go and do like a surf retreat if you wanted to
02:44so you could go to Marrakech and then as I did recently so I flew into Marrakech
02:50direct from Bristol and then I travelled along the coast. I did a bit of surfing. Some people
02:55like to go into the desert so there's a lot to do in Morocco.
