00:11bit about it, what are the most expensive streets in the city to buy property on?
00:17Yeah so we use data from property solvers to determine which were the most expensive streets
00:23in Bristol. Seawalls Road in Snead Park was the most expensive with houses on average costing
00:33£2,145,833 and the next most expensive was Percival Road in Clifton where houses were
00:50cheap on average but they still cost about £1,546,666 and the third most expensive was
01:05Elm Lane in Redland with houses costing on average £1,533,750.
01:14Well we looked at the top 10 which the data revealed so on fourth place it was Dredstoke
01:24Avenue where houses on average cost £1,523,525 and still quite high up in the price range was
01:39Good Eve Road. But on average what is the house prices for those top 10?
01:49Well on average the houses were all priced above £1,300,000
