A woman killed in an arson attack in Melbourne’s west is being remembered as a loving sister and daughter. 27-year-old Katie Tangey died when arsonists set fire to a house in Truganina in the early hours of Thursday morning.

00:43She tried to escape from the property but was unable to.
00:46Police have spoken to neighbours and are coming through CCTV to try and find the two offenders
00:52who were seen leaving the property.
00:54They say that it was a targeted attack but they're trying to work out whether this was
00:58a case of mistaken identity or if someone with criminal history had lived at the address
01:03beforehand.
