01:34job modalities that guarantee the balance between personal and professional life, as well as a retributive dynamic that rewards the merit and an integrative welfare system.
01:43Since September 2024, a house for young people has been enriched with the initiative.
01:48We have noticed in recent years, unfortunately, a growing problem of difficulty for young people, especially those who have studied in metropolitan cities,
01:57to remain professionally in these cities because the cost of living, in particular the cost of accommodation, becomes increasingly unsustainable,
02:08even compared to a good income of first employment, and that this is an element that often determines a choice, often for economic reasons, to flee Italy and choose to work abroad.
02:24Starting from this observation and from the other observation, the significant increase in the cost of accommodation in some metropolitan cities,
02:32which has further exacerbated this problem, we have decided to intervene precisely on this issue, the need for housing and the need to help them,
02:42so that they can maintain the cost of a rent in a metropolitan city, related to their income.
02:49The measures related to the housing problem contained in the latest law of balance go, according to Colombo, in the auspicious direction, but two conditions are required.
