00:00You and many others, you've been talking about Kellen Moore for a while now and now everyone
00:19seems to put him as the favorite in the clubhouse.
00:23Why should or why would I believe that Kellen Moore can run the Dallas Cowboys?
00:33So it's dependent, I guess, on what you want the head coaching position to look like.
00:40So do you want him to be the rah-rah CEO type and to just kind of oversee things and delegate?
00:48He may not be.
00:49That may not be the guy.
00:50If you want him to be a little bit more involved in the offense and getting back to a certain
00:55comfort level and being involved with the offense the same way that Mike McCarthy was,
01:00then there's a better argument to be made of.
01:02He knows the coach.
01:03I got a pretty good idea, I think, of what kind of coaching staff it would look like
01:07around here if Kellen Moore came on.
01:09And I think there's a lot of familiarity for a lot of players.
01:12There's a lot of familiarity for coaching staff and their interactions with each other.
01:17And so to me, I look at it and I just say that I think that Kellen would be more involved
01:21in the offense, more directly involved with Dak.
01:23And then you're probably bringing in some sort of strong personality D.C. like Ibra Floos
01:29or somebody like that, again, who has familiarity and you kind of just divide up the sides of
01:32the ball.
01:33Kellen, you're the head coach, but you're kind of the head coach of the offense.
01:36And then Ibra Floos is kind of the head coach of the defense.
01:39And we just focus on building a culture more centered around player leadership and the
01:44guy we paid one hundred sixty million dollars to or whatever.
