00:00Bismillah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim, Maulana-e-Salli-wa-Sallim, daiman abada, ala Habibika khairil khalki kulli himi.
00:18Dear viewers, Dr. Sarwar Hussain Naqshbandi is here and today we are going to talk about a very important personality
00:27who has the honour of being a companion of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH and who should be called a traveller of the search for the truth.
00:36His nature, his temperament, his desire to search for the truth was there and until he reached his destination,
00:44neither did his journey end nor did his search end.
00:47And when he came to the court of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH and reached his destination,
00:54he became a companion of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
00:57Hazrat Salman Farsi is such a personality, such a name and such a Zikr,
01:04who has attained such perfection and honour which no other companion of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH has attained.
01:12When the Ansaar and the Muhajireen started discussing this,
01:19the Muhajireen said that Salman is with us, he is on our side.
01:25And the Ansaar said that Salman is on our side, he is from us.
01:30When the Prophet Muhammad PBUH came to know of this, he said that Salman is neither from you nor from you,
01:39rather he is from us, i.e. he is from the Ahlul Bayt.
01:42Hazrat Salman Farsi, may Allah be pleased with him, had such great honour and status
01:48that he was counted among the Ahlul Bayt.
01:53We are very fortunate to have him with us today.
01:56We will talk about him, his character, his personality in various aspects.
02:03Let us introduce him to our guests.
02:06Respected Allama Muhammad Badruz Zaman Qadri Sahib,
02:09he is one of our most respected guests.
02:12He has come with us to have a wonderful conversation.
02:15It is a great pleasure for us to have him with us on this important topic and important companion of the Prophet.
02:21Thank you very much.
02:23Our beloved Mufti Ghulam Yasin Nizami Sahib,
02:28he has a very good conversation with us.
02:30Whenever he comes here, we thank him for coming here.
02:35We will certainly have a very good and important conversation about his personality.
02:40Allama Sahib, let us start the conversation.
02:43Hazrat Salman Farsi, may Allah be pleased with him,
02:46let us introduce him to you.
02:49As I said, he is a traveler in search of the truth.
02:52He has continued his journey from Judaism to Christianity and then to Islam.
02:58What does he have to say about you?
03:00Thank you very much, Doctor.
03:02I would like to start this conversation from the very beginning.
03:09The most reliable and reliable source of the building of religion is the companions.
03:16SubhanAllah.
03:17They are all the same.
03:18No doubt.
03:19When we talk about the superiority, value and rank of a personality,
03:23we mean that this personality is distinguished and superior in terms of its character,
03:28its actions, its morals, its sincerity, its righteousness and its integrity.
03:36And the reality is that the one who is associated with the Messenger of Allah,
03:43according to Allah, he is highly esteemed and has such a high rank.
03:49These are the companions of the Holy Prophet.
03:53The second thing I would like to say is that the status of a companion is that
03:58all the scholars, all the saints, all the saints, all the interpreters,
04:05all the saints should be placed on one side of the scale.
04:09And those companions who have seen a glimpse of the Messenger of Allah,
04:13in the state of faith, on the other side of the scale,
04:16their scale is heavy and they cannot touch it.
04:19And those who have spent a long part of their life with him
04:22and every moment their eyes are fixed on his face,
04:26their status will be that of Salman Farsi.
04:30These companions are very distinguished and distinguished.
04:33The Messenger of Allah gave faith to the companions and they brought faith.
04:37He invited them to Islam.
04:39These are the companions who were searching for the truth.
04:44And they were worshipped from the beginning.
04:47When they were in their infancy, they were worshipped,
04:49they were worshipped in such a way that they never let that burning fire go out.
04:54And they were praised for this as well.
04:56And then slowly, when their father was on leave,
04:59he went out to the fields.
05:01There was a church on the way.
05:03He stopped there and saw the priest.
05:05He saw Rahab.
05:06So he turned to Christianity.
05:08That this religion is better than us.
05:10And he stayed with Rahab for a while.
05:12He stopped.
05:13The purity and righteousness that was in their minds,
05:16was not of the contradiction of words and deeds.
05:18They thought that the person who is Rahab,
05:20and is the representative of religion,
05:22there should be no contradiction in words and deeds.
05:24They kept thinking this.
05:25But when he saw them, that they are poor,
05:28and they love God,
05:29and the world loves them,
05:31they were always worried and confused.
05:35Why is this?
05:36When Rahab passed away,
05:38people saw him at a very high and great position.
05:42So he said, no, I will tell you.
05:44There was a contradiction of outward and inward.
05:46He collected so much wealth,
05:48and then he went to Amoria,
05:52to Musa,
05:53he went to different areas,
05:54and kept searching.
05:56He travelled from one area to another,
05:58in different areas,
05:59until he found out,
06:01that when Rahab was about to pass away,
06:04he said,
06:05if you are in search of the truth,
06:07there is a person in the deserts of Arabia,
06:09who is the Prophet of the end of times.
06:11And in our books,
06:12there is his identification.
06:13And in this identification,
06:14there is a Hadith,
06:15which is in Sihah,
06:16which says,
06:17that there will be a seal of prophethood
06:19between the two signs.
06:21The seal of prophethood.
06:22Secondly,
06:23they will not use charity.
06:25So he said,
06:26I am in search of the truth.
06:27We will accept this.
06:28So for charity,
06:29he came to Hadith-e-Pak,
06:31and presented dates to the Prophet,
06:33and said,
06:34O Messenger of Allah,
06:35this is charity.
06:36So the Prophet said,
06:37I do not take charity.
06:38Neither do my children.
06:39They do not take charity.
06:40The next day,
06:41he came again.
06:42The third time,
06:43he said,
06:44O Messenger of Allah,
06:45this is a gift for you.
06:46So he used it.
06:47This was the first identification.
06:48The second identification,
06:49was the seal of prophethood.
06:50He said,
06:51at one time,
06:52I was with the Prophet,
06:53the Imam of Islam.
06:54And this thought,
06:55and feeling,
06:56was arising in my heart,
06:57again and again.
06:58I was thinking,
06:59how can I see
07:00the seal of prophethood.
07:02When I came behind him,
07:03he was aware of
07:04the state of my heart.
07:06He himself,
07:07laid the sheet down.
07:09And after the sheet was laid,
07:10I saw the seal of prophethood
07:12between the two signs.
07:14So my heart was at peace.
07:16And after that,
07:17I faced difficulties.
07:18I faced as many difficulties
07:19as I could.
07:20And when the caravans were going,
07:23towards Madinah,
07:24they were greedy for goats,
07:26and cows.
07:28They sold them off,
07:30and sold them off,
07:31until you reached there.
07:33And you could not participate
07:34in the battle of Uhud and Badr,
07:35because you were living
07:36a life of slavery.
07:37Absolutely right.
07:38After these difficulties,
07:39you entered Islam.
07:41Right, right.
07:42Very beautiful,
07:43Mashallah,
07:44you started from the beginning.
07:46Let's continue the discussion.
07:48And this search for the truth,
07:50the quest for it,
07:51in his temperament,
07:52in his nature,
07:53and for that,
07:54he kept on traveling.
07:56And then,
07:57at the last moment,
07:58that monk,
07:59that priest,
08:00told him that
08:01on the land of Hijaz,
08:02a prophet is going to come.
08:04So you should go there.
08:06And then,
08:07you reached the path
08:08of the caravan,
08:09while being looted.
08:11And then,
08:12the incident of accepting Islam,
08:13as far as you reached,
08:14the acceptance of Islam,
08:15and then,
08:16your relationship
08:17with Islam,
08:18the relationship
08:19with the Prophet,
08:20please say something
08:21about that.
08:22In the name of Allah,
08:23the Most Gracious,
08:24the Most Merciful.
08:25Thank you very much.
08:26Hazrat Sayyiduna Salman Farsi,
08:28I would like to say a few things
08:30about him,
08:31about his merits,
08:32and about his greatness.
08:34The first thing is that,
08:36Allah's Beloved,
08:37has taught him
08:38the Kalima-e-Tayyiba
08:39with his blessed tongue.
08:41Subhanallah,
08:42Subhanallah.
08:43And his name,
08:44Salman,
08:45was given by Allah's
08:46Beloved Prophet himself.
08:47Subhanallah.
08:48Before this,
08:49he was called,
08:50Salman-ul-Khair.
08:51This is the first title.
08:52The second title is,
08:53Salman-ibn-ul-Islam.
08:54And he,
08:55used to be very proud
08:56of these titles.
08:57He used to mention them
08:58in front of the companions.
09:00And,
09:01Allah's Beloved,
09:02has given this honor
09:03to Sayyiduna Salman Farsi,
09:04that he used to spend
09:05a lot of time
09:06with the Prophet.
09:07Subhanallah.
09:08He used to sit
09:09in his company.
09:10Right.
09:11And,
09:12he used to spend
09:13a long night.
09:14He used to meet
09:15in solitude.
09:16He used to meet
09:17in solitude.
09:18In the court
09:19of the Prophet,
09:20the most honorable,
09:21the most compassionate.
09:22When the wives of the
09:23holy ones used to see him,
09:24they used to say,
09:25if he is sitting here,
09:26then our night
09:27will pass away.
09:28So,
09:29he has a very good
09:30relationship
09:31with the Prophet,
09:32the most honorable,
09:33the most compassionate.
09:34And,
09:35he is very trustworthy.
09:36And,
09:37for us,
09:38he is the guide.
09:39Allah has said
09:40about such blessed
09:41personalities,
09:42that,
09:43there is no human
09:44except for him.
09:45That,
09:46there is only
09:47Allah.
09:48He is the
09:49one who
09:50tries to
09:51help.
09:52He has
09:53lived
09:54the longest
09:55of his life.
09:56But,
09:57the difficulty
09:58and pain
09:59he has gone
10:00through for
10:01getting Islam,
10:02that is
10:03his example.
10:04Subhanallah.
10:05But,
10:06with all
10:07these pains,
10:08Qibla Doctor
10:09Sahib,
10:10with all these
10:11pains,
10:12he did not
10:13have any
10:14hiccup in
10:15his
10:16I did not bring you here for myself.
10:18In fact, you had your eyes on the destination.
10:21And what is the destination?
10:23I will be present in the court of Allah's beloved Prophet.
10:26For my reformation, for my guidance,
10:29I need to bind myself to the religion of Islam.
10:34Our religion is not in need of anyone.
10:37All of us are in need of religion.
10:39So, Syedna Salman Farsi, through his action,
10:42taught us this thing.
10:44If you want to reform your character,
10:46your morals,
10:48your conditions,
10:50then get bound to the religion.
10:53The religion will give you the wealth of character.
10:55It will also give you the wealth of morals.
10:58And apart from this, the religion will also correct your conditions.
11:01In the intro, you mentioned about Syedna Salman Farsi.
11:05The most honoured intercessor of the Prophet said about him,
11:08Salman Minna Ahlulbayt.
11:10If anyone gets the honour of being present at the shrine of Syedna Salman Farsi in Damascus,
11:15even today, the main door of the shrine of Syedna Salman Farsi is written there,
11:19Salman Minna Ahlulbayt.
11:21He was the most honoured intercessor of the Prophet.
11:28The most honoured intercessor of the Prophet said,
11:30Jannah belongs to three people.
11:33And one of these three people is Syedna Salman Farsi.
11:37And Syedna Salman Farsi loved the Prophet a lot.
11:41Syedna Abu Darda, may Allah be pleased with him,
11:44was a brother of Syedna Salman Farsi.
11:48And he had a special relationship with Syedna Abu Darda.
11:51He used to talk about his relationship with Syedna Abu Darda.
11:55Most of the time, he used to spend in Rahbaniyat.
11:59He used to spend in Suhud.
12:01Once, he woke up at night,
12:03and he was going to pray in the presence of Allah.
12:06And he said, my brother, Allah has a right on you,
12:09your eyes have a right on you,
12:11and your wife has a right on you.
12:13So, when this was said,
12:15Syedna Abu Darda said this in the presence of Allah's beloved Prophet.
12:19Now, this sentence is very noteworthy.
12:21When this was said in the presence of the Prophet,
12:24Allah's beloved Prophet said,
12:26Salman is more knowledgeable about religion than you.
12:28Subhanallah, subhanallah.
12:30What beautiful sentences from the speech of the Prophet,
12:35which show the value and status of Syedna Salman Farsi.
12:41We are talking about this.
12:43A very beautiful conversation is going on.
12:45Stay with us.
12:46We will be back after a short break.
12:48Ladies and gentlemen,
12:49Welcome to you after the break.
12:51We had a very beautiful conversation in the initial part.
12:54We discussed the personality of Syedna Salman Farsi,
12:59his acceptance of Islam,
13:01his presence in the presence of Allah's beloved Prophet,
13:06and how the Prophet said,
13:10people are in need of paradise,
13:12and paradise is in need of people,
13:14who have Ali, Ammar, and Syedna Salman Farsi.
13:20The Qibla was a very beautiful and perfect sentence
13:24given to you by the Prophet.
13:27You were in slavery,
13:29and the Battle of Badr and the Battle of Uhud took place.
13:32After that, the Prophet saved you from slavery,
13:37and the Muslims saved you from it.
13:42After that, the Battle of Khandaq.
13:44After that, you participated in all the battles,
13:49and you learned your battle skills from the people of Iran,
13:56and introduced them to the Muslims.
13:59What do you have to say about your military services to them?
14:03Doctor, this is a great aspect of your personality.
14:07You saw the people of Iran with your own eyes.
14:15You saw their strategy, their war wisdom,
14:19their weapons, their art of war,
14:22and their military skills.
14:27This was the reason that when you accepted Islam,
14:31you were well aware of all those strategies.
14:35You could not participate in the Battle of Badr and Uhud,
14:38because you were living a life of slavery.
14:41But after that, you did not participate in any of the battles.
14:45You did not participate in any of the battles,
14:48and you remained engaged in Jihad till your last breath.
14:51And as far as your military skills are concerned,
14:55and when the Battle of Khandaq was taking place,
14:58and the Prophet was also thinking about it,
15:02that the enemy is coming in groups.
15:04It was a huge army.
15:05Yes, it was a huge army, and how to deal with it.
15:08Syed Ayesha Siddiqa Tayyiba Tahira says,
15:11we were worried that Salman would come,
15:14and he would be present at the service,
15:16and the conversation would go on till the night,
15:19and both of them would be alone.
15:22Sometimes we felt that it was our turn,
15:26and the night would pass,
15:28and you would not come to Kashana,
15:31and you would not meet us.
15:33The conversation went on,
15:35and then you gave the advice,
15:37that we should stay inside and defend ourselves.
15:40If we go outside and fight,
15:42then it would be difficult for us to defend ourselves.
15:45Then you gave the advice of Khandaq,
15:47that Khandaq should be dug up all around.
15:50And it was such a good strategy,
15:53it was a practical strategy of its own war,
15:56that it is a bright and promising chapter in the history of Islam,
15:59that even the Arabs were in awe,
16:01that what did the Muslims do?
16:03And in the art of war,
16:05what technique did they use?
16:07They were not aware of this strategy.
16:09They were not aware of this strategy,
16:11and they were never taught the knowledge of war.
16:14This was Salman Farsi's great strategy,
16:16and you dug up Khandaq,
16:18and you kept on doing it.
16:20You did it in a very good way.
16:25And in terms of battles,
16:27look, the Iranian fort was to be conquered,
16:31and for the conquest of that fort,
16:34you were on the side of the Muslims.
16:36It was the era of Sayyidina Umar-e-Farooq.
16:38What should have happened was,
16:40that you should have fought in front of the Karzarmian battlefield,
16:43but you went inside the army,
16:45and convinced the people to accept Islam.
16:48Otherwise, it would be difficult for you to fight the Arabs.
16:52If you don't want to accept Islam,
16:54then do one thing, give them a reward.
16:56Do one of these things, but don't make a mistake.
16:59You kept on convincing them for three days.
17:03When you saw that the people were stubborn,
17:06then you gave them a signal,
17:08that when should we attack Sipa Salar,
17:11because we have no other way for them.
17:14And then the attack was made, and it was conquered.
17:17And you say that three things always make me cry.
17:20The separation of the Prophet,
17:22the memory of his grave,
17:24and the Day of Judgement.
17:26All these things make me cry.
17:28So much fear of God, so much fear of God,
17:31that we can't even imagine it.
17:33And then I see that he wrote a letter to his brother Abu Darda.
17:37Abu Darda wrote a letter,
17:39that I am in Syria, and this is a very holy place,
17:42and you should come.
17:43What a beautiful sentence you said.
17:45And he said that you will find peace here.
17:48And he said, I still remember this.
17:51He said that a person is never holy from the places.
17:55He is holy from his deeds.
17:57And a person is holy from his deeds.
18:00And I think that this is the message for the present time as well.
18:04We choose places for holiness and sanctity,
18:08but I think that as long as your deeds are lacking,
18:12you can't reach that height.
18:15Absolutely right.
18:17Mufti sahib, your military services,
18:20your participation in wars,
18:22your participation in the wars of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH,
18:27and the wars that were fought after him,
18:31during the time of the Khulafa Rashideen of the companions,
18:34and during the time of Hazrat Usman-e-Ghani.
18:38So you had this long life,
18:40and you had all the training from the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
18:44And then the state that he was in,
18:47even while living in the previous religions,
18:49when he was a Magusi, then he became a Christian,
18:52and then when he accepted Islam.
18:54So the character and personality that you have,
18:58the way you have your own identity,
19:01the way you have the divinity of God within you,
19:04that is a complete image that we see.
19:07You were made a governor during the time of Hazrat Umar PBUH,
19:11and even at that time,
19:12your simplicity and character remained the same.
19:15Yes, it is like that.
19:17Hazrat Salman Farsi,
19:19first of all, after the Battle of Khandaq,
19:23the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH called Hazrat Salman Farsi,
19:28and he praised him,
19:31and while praising him, he said,
19:33Salman, thank you, may Allah accept your Ka'bish,
19:38you have saved Madina Munawwara from murder and humiliation.
19:42Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
19:43This sentence is very noteworthy.
19:45The servant of a believer that we see,
19:49he is at the top of the list.
19:53The best person is the one whose existence is beneficial for others.
19:57And this honour Allah gave to Hazrat Salman Farsi.
20:02To protect Madina Munawwara,
20:04this is the Sunnah of the angels.
20:07And the protection of Madina Munawwara
20:09is being done through Hazrat Salman Farsi.
20:12Your morals, your character, your habits, your habits.
20:17The first attribute that is highlighted is zuhd and taqwa.
20:21The second attribute that is found in you is simplicity.
20:27The third attribute that is found in you is spending in the way of Allah.
20:31Spending in the way of Allah.
20:33You are a governor, you get your salary from there,
20:36you spend all your salary in the way of Allah.
20:40Then you take dates leaves and make snacks.
20:44And the income that you get by selling those snacks,
20:48you keep one part of that income with you,
20:51so that the business can be increased.
20:53The second part you spend on your family.
20:57The third part you spend on those people,
21:00to feed them.
21:02You arrange food for those people who are suffering from liver disease.
21:07Doctor, how beautiful is this.
21:09You are arranging food,
21:11and at the same time you are eating with those patients.
21:15And in this we have been given the message
21:17that the one who heals is Allah.
21:20And in this we have been taught
21:22that loving the servants of Allah is the best form of worship.
21:26And in this we see the action of the Prophet
21:29on this statement.
21:31We were asked in the presence of Huzoor,
21:33Huzoor, what is Islam?
21:35He said, salam is to feed people.
21:38This is the practical example of Islam.
21:40This is the practical way of Islam
21:42which Syedna Salman Farsi is conveying through his character
21:45and his biography to people.
21:47Subhanallah.
21:48And the fourth attribute that you have,
21:51which is very prominent in you,
21:53you used to avoid giving charity.
21:55You did not even go near the things of goodwill.
21:58A person who has righteousness,
22:00he never goes near such a thing
22:02which is suspected to be halal and haram.
22:05Right.
22:06In fact, he protects himself from it.
22:08This is his righteousness.
22:10This is the fear of God.
22:11This is the fear of God.
22:13And this is the fear of God
22:15which makes him superior to Allah.
22:17Because of this fear of God,
22:19knowledge and blessings are born in him.
22:21Because of this fear of God,
22:23he becomes the beloved of Allah.
22:25Because of this fear of God,
22:27he becomes the beloved of Allah's beloved Prophet.
22:29All the companions of the Prophet are the beloved of Allah.
22:32That is why our Master said,
22:34my companions are like stars.
22:36You will find guidance on the path of one of them.
22:39In fact, they are shining stars.
22:42For us, their character is a role model.
22:45We need to adopt them and reform ourselves.
22:48So this is a great example of their morals and their character.
22:52And you were also a Christian.
22:54So the book that was to be revealed by Jesus Christ
22:58was a testament to you.
23:00You were his scholar.
23:01And when you entered the religion,
23:03all the teachings of the religion were a testament to you.
23:06In fact, you used to give lessons to the companions.
23:09You used to advise people.
23:11You used to convey the duty of
23:13Amr bil Maroof and Nahi anil Munkar
23:15to the lowest of people.
23:17As a Muslim,
23:19one of our responsibilities is
23:21that you have to convey the message of goodness to others.
23:25You have to prevent people from doing evil.
23:27You used to forbid it.
23:29You did not say what people would say.
23:32You used to say,
23:34The one who gives respect is Allah.
23:36I am acting on Allah's command.
23:38And the one who acts on Allah's command,
23:40Allah will give him the crown of honor and glory in both worlds.
23:44Amazing.
23:45Subhan Allah. Subhan Allah.
23:46Raman Sahib, I would like to briefly add to this conversation
23:50that you did not build a house.
23:52And you used to lie down on a tree and rest.
23:56And when someone asked you to allow,
23:58you said, I will build a house.
24:00But you did not allow.
24:02And then you said,
24:04I will build it so that when you stand,
24:06your head touches the roof and when you lie down,
24:08your feet touch the wall.
24:10What do you say to this?
24:12I think that when I remember the Hadith of Haritha bin Nawan,
24:16and asked the Messenger of Allah,
24:18how did you do it in the morning?
24:20I said, I did it with perfect faith.
24:22How can you claim with perfect faith, Haritha?
24:24Haritha bin Nawan said,
24:26the sign of my perfect faith is that
24:28I have a gold bowl in front of me,
24:30I have a clay bowl in front of me,
24:32I have both silver and gold.
24:34Everything is equal.
24:36There is no value or value.
24:38So after that, the next thing you said is,
24:40how are you when you have disrespected yourself
24:42in the world and in the hereafter?
24:44Now where do you look at yourself?
24:46I say, O Messenger of Allah,
24:48I stand on the earth of Allah
24:50and look at Allah's throne without a veil.
24:52The world was nowhere.
24:54It did not matter anywhere.
24:56It was not in their vested interest.
24:58This was the reason they always preferred the hereafter.
25:00In fact, I remember that when
25:02Sa'd bin Abi Waqas came to you
25:04and said,
25:06you are crying,
25:08why are you crying?
25:10Do you have any worries?
25:12Pray to Allah.
25:14When he was ill,
25:16he said,
25:18this is not the reason for crying.
25:20You met Umar Farooq.
25:22You were martyred in the era of Suman Ghani.
25:24You were exiled.
25:26You said, what is the reason for worry?
25:28He said, I am worried
25:30that there are snakes in my house.
25:32What kind of snakes are you?
25:34He said,
25:36there was a glass in the house.
25:38He said,
25:40these are snakes.
25:42He said,
25:44why did I make the world a snake?
25:46Why did I make the world a snake?
25:48What a beautiful people they were.
25:50What a life they had.
25:52Ladies and gentlemen,
25:54this is a small Waqf.
25:56We will be back after a short Waqf.
25:58Ladies and gentlemen,
26:00we welcome you after the Waqf.
26:02Today, we are going to talk about
26:04Hazrat Salman Farsi.
26:06We are going to talk about
26:08his character,
26:10his religious services,
26:12his relationship with the Prophet.
26:14We are going to talk about
26:16Hazrat Salman Farsi.
26:18Let us move forward,
26:20Mr. Mufti.
26:22What were the Khulafah of
26:24Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq?
26:26First of all,
26:28he got the complete time
26:30of the Prophet
26:32to serve the Prophet.
26:34After that,
26:36how did he live with the Khulafah
26:38and how did he respect them
26:40due to the proximity of the Prophet?
26:42Hazrat Salman Farsi,
26:44which is narrated in
26:46Hadith Pak,
26:48the next part of it is very
26:50noteworthy.
26:52When Hadith Pak was narrated
26:54by Allah's Beloved,
26:56Sayyidina Ali al-Murtaza was also
26:58present there.
27:00When Allah's Beloved Prophet
27:02said,
27:04then he turned towards
27:06Sayyidina Ali al-Murtaza
27:08and said to him,
27:10O Ali,
27:12Salman is from the Ahl-e-Bayt.
27:14You can make him your master.
27:16SubhanAllah.
27:18The status of Sayyidina Salman Farsi
27:20with respect to the Prophet
27:22and his relationship with
27:24Ahl-e-Bayt-e-Athar
27:26and the relationship of Ahl-e-Bayt-e-Athar
27:28with Sayyidina Salman is
27:30above all respect,
27:32respect and love.
27:34This is a very pure relationship
27:36which has been described by
27:38Sayyidina Salman Farsi.
27:40All the Companions
27:42used to respect and
27:44respect him to the limit.
27:46Wherever there was a discussion
27:48about Sayyidina Salman Farsi,
27:50wherever there was a discussion
27:52about his opinion,
27:54the Companions used to
27:56back their opinions.
27:58Because of respect and
28:00respect, this is the
28:02blessed relationship
28:04which has been given
28:06by Sayyidina Salman Farsi.
28:08He has the honor of
28:10leading the prayer behind
28:12Sayyidina Umar-e-Farooq.
28:14All the Companions
28:16used to respect and
28:18respect him to the limit.
28:20In fact, they used to
28:22describe his morals
28:24and his ways
28:26in front of the people.
28:28They used to teach the people
28:30that if you want to be
28:32a firm follower of the religion
28:34then you should look at
28:36Sayyidina Salman Farsi.
28:38You have reached here
28:40by selling yourself.
28:42But you have not lost your courage.
28:44Allah has given you the honor
28:46that you are present at
28:48Bargah-e-Nabwi.
28:50You accept the religion of Islam
28:52and you get the blessings
28:54of the religion of Islam.
28:56Allah has created so many
28:58qualities in him.
29:00If one of those qualities
29:02were to be lost,
29:04our beloved Prophet said
29:06that one of those qualities
29:08is a means of his forgiveness
29:10and will take him to Paradise.
29:12There are so many qualities
29:14in Sayyidina Salman Farsi.
29:16People like us also
29:18yearn for Paradise.
29:20If we create these qualities
29:22in ourselves,
29:24our character will be reformed,
29:26our morals will be reformed
29:28and our conditions will be bright.
29:30We will be able to express
29:32our love for Allah
29:34and we will be able to
29:36enlighten our faith
29:38and we will be able to
29:40enlighten our hearts and
29:42souls with the remembrance
29:44of Allah.
29:46Qibla, please tell us
29:48about the qualities
29:50of the Prophet
29:52and his companions.
29:54There is one thing
29:56which is clear
29:58that the status of
30:00Sayyidina Siddiq-e-Akbar
30:02is not the same as
30:04the status of other companions.
30:06You are seen to be
30:08highly esteemed.
30:10The Prophet never
30:12got upset with Sayyidina Siddiq-e-Akbar.
30:14In fact,
30:16when Sayyidina Umar-e-Farooq
30:18was insulted,
30:20the Prophet said,
30:22Can you not pass
30:24through my door?
30:26I will complete what
30:28Sa'd-e-Nabi-Waqas
30:30said.
30:32The Prophet said,
30:34You should not die
30:36in worldly matters.
30:38You should die while
30:40reciting the Quran,
30:42performing Hajj,
30:44performing Umrah,
30:46performing Nawafil,
30:48etc.
30:50The Prophet said,
30:52Whenever you do
30:54something,
30:56do it for the sake of Allah.
30:58These were the people
31:00who were satisfied with
31:02the distribution of Allah.
31:04They never felt that
31:06they did not have
31:08the wealth of the world.
31:10They lived a simple life.
31:12In fact,
31:14Salman-e-Farsi's life
31:16was full of grandeur.
31:18He had long hair,
31:20long hair,
31:22and a simple attire.
31:24He would wear a jubba
31:26and walk around.
31:28Sometimes,
31:30when someone
31:32saw his simplicity,
31:34they would ask him
31:36to take their
31:38belongings home.
31:40He was the governor
31:42of Madain.
31:44Despite this,
31:46he was a simple man.
31:48He never felt
31:50the need for
31:52anything else.
31:54SubhanAllah.
31:56Syedna Ali,
31:58you said that
32:00Salman-e-Farsi
32:02had the knowledge
32:04of both the beginning
32:06and the end.
32:08You said that
32:10Salman-e-Farsi
32:12was more knowledgeable
32:14than Luqman-e-Farsi.
32:16What do you say
32:18to this?
32:20Iqbal said that
32:22the purpose of his life
32:24was to be the leader
32:26of his religion.
32:28I am a Muslim
32:30because of this.
32:32If you look at
32:34Salman-e-Farsi's life,
32:36his acceptance of Islam,
32:38his relationship with
32:40the Prophet,
32:42his companions,
32:44and the people of
32:46Madinah,
32:48and his sincerity
32:50in his worship
32:52and his acceptance
32:54of the Prophet,
32:56his companions,
32:58and the people of
33:00Madinah,
33:02and the people of
33:04Madinah,
33:06and the people of
33:08Madinah,
33:10and the people of
33:12Madinah,
33:14Salman-e-Farsi has taught
33:16the people of Iman
33:18throughout his life
33:20that if you want to
33:22have a relationship
33:24with the Prophet,
33:26then do it with sincerity.
33:28If you want to have
33:30a relationship with Allah,
33:32then do it with sincerity.
33:34If you want to have
33:36a relationship with
33:38his companions,
33:40then do it with sincerity.
33:42If you want to have
33:44a relationship with
33:46his companions,
33:48then do it with sincerity.
33:50If you want to have
33:52a relationship with
33:54his companions,
33:56then do it with sincerity.
33:58If you want to have
34:00a relationship with
34:02his companions,
34:04then do it with sincerity.
34:06If you want to have
34:08a relationship with
34:10his companions,
34:12then do it with sincerity.
34:14If you want to have
34:16a relationship with
34:18his companions,
34:20then do it with sincerity.
34:22If you want to have
34:24a relationship with
34:26his companions,
34:28then do it with sincerity.
34:30If you want to have
34:32a relationship with
34:34his companions,
34:36then do it with sincerity.
34:38Because of my sincerity,
34:40I tolerated all the
34:42difficulties in religion,
34:44but I did not complain
34:46to anyone.
34:48I did not complain
34:50to anyone that my God
34:52knows all my difficulties.
34:54I don't need to tell
34:56anyone else.
34:58Please give us
35:00a message from
35:02your discussion.
35:04I would like to
35:06ask you,
35:08how will
35:10your survival
35:12be?
35:14Will it be by
35:16your position,
35:18wealth,
35:20industry,
35:22and children?
35:24Remember,
35:26your survival
35:28is not in
35:30wealth,
35:32children,
35:34and children.
35:36Your survival
35:38will be in
35:40the presence of
35:42Allah.
35:44Thank you very much,
35:46Mr. Alama Muhammad
35:48Badruzzaman,
35:50Mr. Qadri,
35:52for your time
35:54and your guidance.
35:56Mr. Mufti Ghulam
35:58Yasir Nizami,
36:00thank you for
36:02your beautiful
36:04words and
36:06wisdom.
36:08You said that
36:10the example of a believer
36:12is of a patient
36:14who has a doctor
36:16who knows
36:18the patient's
36:20condition very well.
36:22When a patient
36:24has a desire
36:26that can increase
36:28his condition,
36:30the example of a believer
36:32is of a patient
36:34who has a desire
36:36that can stop
36:38him from going to heaven.
36:40So, faith stops him
36:42from going to heaven.
36:44Just like a patient
36:46gets healthy
36:48when he stays with a doctor,
36:50a believer
36:52enters heaven
36:54after entering
36:56such a beautiful
36:58place.
37:00You said that
37:02there are three people
37:04whom you are surprised
37:06about.
37:08The first one is
37:10the one who is
37:12seeking death
37:14from the world.
37:16The second one
37:18is the one who is
37:20unaware of death
37:22and the third one
37:24is the one who
37:26doesn't know death.
37:28May Allah raise the
37:30ranks of
37:32Syedna Salman Farsi.
