00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. gave the order to return the socio-economic programs that are needed by the administration.
00:09This will help in improving the economy and the well-being of the Filipinos.

00:22President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. again criticized the government agencies
00:28that are in the National Expenditure Program but not approved by the Congress.
00:35In the 18th Cabinet Meeting, the Executive Board said
00:39that it is important to look at and return the socio-economic programs that are needed by the administration
00:45in promoting the economy and improving the well-being of the Filipinos.
00:52This includes the funds for the maintenance of bridges, roads, and feasibility studies.
01:00President R. Marcos will submit to each government agency a list of the most important projects that need funds.
01:09Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista confirmed the completion of President Marcos' flagship programs
01:18following the completion of several infrastructure projects and right-of-way problems
01:25or areas that are in the way of projects such as the North to South Commuter Railway, MRT,
01:32and other projects that will improve public transportation.
01:38Organize an inter-agency committee among certain departments like the PWAs, the OJ, OSG, the SHUD,
01:55and other government agencies for us to work together to resolve issues.
02:01Malacanang denied the allegation that the budget of the Department of Public Works and Highways is higher
02:07than that of the education sector.
02:10According to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin,
02:13President Marcos' administration followed the constitutional mandate that prioritizes the education sector.
02:22This includes the funds for the DepEd, CHED, TESDA, Philippine National Police Academy, and other government agencies.
02:31Malacanang again denied President Marcos' allegation that the education and habits of Filipinos are higher.
