00:00The printing of ballots for the national and local elections in May 12 has already started.

00:10Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia witnessed the first day of printing.

00:15He was accompanied by Commissioners Nelson Celis and Ray Bulay and National Printing Office Director Rev. C. Escobedo.

00:23A few minutes later, they showed the media the first official ballot printed in the National Printing Office
