00:00From the Philippine News Agency, the price freeze in the province of Biliran is being implemented to avoid the increase in the price of the main goods to be bought.
00:10This is also accompanied by the declaration of the State of Calamity in Biliran on December 28 because of the growing trend that motorists are not allowed to pass through.
00:21The price freeze includes canned goods, milk, coffee, soap, bread, and salt.
00:28As a solution to the problem, the Department of Public Works and Highways advised cargo trucks to use barges to cross the border while fixing the bridge.
