00:17The water from the Sapa River in Borabud, Sorsogon City, is running out because of the continuous rain in the area.

00:24According to Glenda Guantero-Diculas, one of the residents of the area,

00:29the water reached Baywang in their area during that time.

00:34The water is slowly running out at night.

00:37The water reached Tuhod in some parts of Maharlika Highway in Barangay 13, Marteres, Kasiguran, Sorsogon,

00:45which was flooded by yesterday's rain.
