00:00With so much food to eat during Christmas, there's usually something left.
00:10And that's hamon, the star of Noche Buena.
00:18But we can still enjoy the leftover hamon until the new year.
00:21In the yummy dishes that Chef Winston will teach us,
00:24he says it's easy to cook his leftover ham recipes.
00:33Merry Christmas, Kapuso!
00:35Today, we're going to cook a very special pasta because this is our holiday pasta.
00:42We're going to make it from our leftover hams from Christmas.
00:48Let's start!
00:49We have ham here.
00:51What we're going to do is to just cut our ham.
00:56So let's just cut it like a cube.

01:02So this is our ham.
01:04Make sure that you have equal amounts of lean meat.
01:08After that, we also have a bit of fat.
01:11Let's start.
01:12In a pan, let's just put our olive oil.
01:16After that, we'll put our ham.
01:22We'll season it with salt and pepper.

01:29Next, we'll put our tomatoes.
01:32And our pasta.
01:36We'll put our tomato paste,
01:38mushrooms,
01:39olives,
01:40parmesan cheese,
01:42and Italian herbs.
