00:00Navy was a huge underdog just two days ago. Now all of a sudden, the midshipmen went from
00:09eight to seven to five to three. Our producer Frank says this line is now two and a half.
00:14Something is going on here with this game, Bill, with Oklahoma now only being a field
00:19goal or less against Navy in the Armed Forces Bowl tomorrow at noon Eastern. It's a sellout.
00:26It's going to be a huge crowd on hand. But I got to ask you a question, Bill. When the
00:30line moves this much, they're almost daring you to take the other side here. I mean, the
00:36Sooners have to be missing a lot of players going into this.
00:39Yeah, I knew you would probably advise me not to go with the Sooners here. And I think
00:45in some ways that would be smart when you see the line drop that much. Danny Stutzman,
00:50the All-American linebacker not playing. Jackson Arnold hit the portal. So they've got Michael
00:55Hawkins Jr. playing. A lot of different defensive guys playing against the team that you've
01:00got to play together against, right? If you're disorganized against Navy, they'll run for
01:04300 yards against you and control the clock. So I think that can on one end, it makes for
01:10an interesting test. On the other, this is an audition of sorts for an Oklahoma team
01:14that will go into its second season in the SEC. John Mateer, the Washington State quarterback's
01:18coming too. So I actually think the Sooners will cover. I don't love it, but you know,
01:25when the line drops that much, I kind of lean toward, well, they thought they were going
01:29to win by 10. What changed other than a bunch of guys are moving in and out of the portal?
01:33Yeah, I think I would wait if you're going to do that, because this is going to be a
01:37pick of my thing. By the time that this kicks off, it's possible.
