00:00The government of Kelantan obliges the Halal seal for the renewal of the business license for owners and entrepreneurs based on food and drink.

00:10The Executive Minister of the Islamic Development Council for Religious Affairs, Muhammad Asri Makdaud said,

00:16so far, the local authorities, the New City City Council of the Islamic City, obliges this matter and will be extended to other PBTs.

00:27It is said that at the same time, the Department of Religious Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Kelantan also opened opportunities for small industries,

00:33hotels and individuals to promote food and drink products at home to get the Halal seal.

00:41It is said that as of January to December this year, 453 premises were recognized as owners of the Halal seal

00:49and of that number, 198 premises are located in the New City and the rest in the entire province of Kelantan.

00:57Obviously, in Kelantan, there is no issue that non-Muslims feel rigid with the Halal seal.

01:02In fact, they can accept it, in addition to stating that every year the office will make a surprising monitoring for the purpose of checking all premises that have the Halal seal.
