00:35to find out who are the people behind the tutorial videos of making a banned boga

00:41that are now spreading on social media.

00:43To those who are posting this, we want to warn everyone

00:48that you are facing heavy cases because it has been banned for a long time.

00:54In the latest monitoring of the Department of Health,

00:56as of December 25,

00:57the number one cause of firecracker-related injuries is boga,

01:01which is up to 47.

01:03An improvised boga can cause eye injuries,

01:08blindness, burning of the skin,

01:10and wounds to various parts of the body that can lead to amputation.

01:14Therefore, one of the goals of PNP is to stop using it.

01:20We are reminding our parents to monitor and supervise our children

01:25to not allow them to use boga because it can result in their blindness.

01:33In the province of Rizal, 400 boga were destroyed by the police.

01:38The PNP's operation will not stop here

01:40against the infamous improvised firecrackers.

01:44The PNP-ACG has already arrested two people for the entrapment operation.

01:48Suspects of illegal firecrackers like King Kong and Tuna are selling their products online.

01:55The reason why they did this is for their tuition.

02:03The total amount of confiscated items is Php6,900.
