00:18the typhoon Leon is slowly leaving our country,

00:21but the storm is still coming.

00:24In some parts of our country.

00:26This afternoon, the typhoon Leon landed in southeastern Taiwan.

00:30The last typhoon Leon landed

00:32was 320 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayak, Batanes.

00:37This is because of the strong winds

00:39of 155 kilometers per hour

00:41and winds of 255 kilometers per hour.

00:46This is a north-west wind

00:48with a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

00:51After the typhoon Leon landed in Batanes,

00:55the wind signal in some places was already low.

00:58From signal number 5 last night,

01:00signal number 2 is now here in the northern portion of Batanes,

01:04particularly in Itbayak,

01:05while signal number 1 is in the remaining part of Batanes.

01:09It is also the same in Babuyan Island,

01:11in the northern portion of mainland Cagayan,

01:13and in the northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

01:15The strong winds are still expected in the mentioned areas

01:19because it is still here in the typhoon Leon.

01:22After the typhoon passed through Taiwan,

01:24the typhoon Leon will hit the northeast

01:27and will sweep the Taiwan Strait

01:30until the Philippine Area of Responsibility

01:34will be released at any time tonight

01:36or tomorrow morning.

01:40it will still be carried by the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
