00:00A driver was killed after he fired a gun at a motorist who turned out to be a police officer.

00:06The criminal just ran on the side of the road.

00:15Two cars ran on the side of the road in Tandang Sora Avenue in Barangay Old Balarac, Quezon City

00:22around 6.30 p.m. last night.

00:25The driver of this red utility vehicle was killed.

00:28Our news team reached him and found him lying on the side of the road.

00:32The victim was shot by a 9mm bullet.

00:36He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

00:40One of his five passengers was also shot.

00:43He is still in the hospital and has been operated on.

00:46The victims came from Antipolo and were sent home to Marilao, Bulacan.

00:53they were crossing Tandang Sora Avenue when a white utility vehicle approached them.

02:06He was arrested at QCPD Batasan Police Station.

02:18but his lawyer told him to remain silent.

02:23the suspect told them that the criminal's origin is confirmed to be a traffic offender.
