00:00Let's get to this game in Cincinnati yesterday. The
00:06Bengals just need to keep winning football games. They
00:08have an opportunity maybe somehow some way of earning
00:12that final playoff spot. They would need some help. They need
00:15a victory next week in a huge Saturday afternoon game against
00:19Denver but before that, you need to beat your divisional
00:22mates in Cleveland in Dorian Thompson Robinson. That's what
00:27the Bengals do in Cincinnati. Twenty-four to six. Since he was
00:31nearly a double digit favorite by close, they cover as a nine
00:35and a half point favorite. Total of 46 and a half stays
00:39under. The Bengals DRS have won three straight. They have
00:42covered in all three wins. They have gone under in two of their
00:46previous three. They went over in nine of their first twelve
00:50games this year. Just the second cover in six tries for
00:55Cincinnati as a home favorite this season. Yeah, they need a
00:58miracle to get in but that's also a product of what they've
01:01done this season like losing their opening game against the
01:04Patriots here and not being effective in games they're
01:06supposed to win and coming up small in games late in the
01:09season but Cowboys win, Titans win, Browns win. You have a
01:13chance to set up with the Broncos, a team directly in
01:15front of you and then end with the Steelers who they might
01:18need that game or not but you know the the Bengals certainly
01:21will be in both of those games. I like the performance they had
01:23yesterday because once again, we talk about the NFL as easy
01:26layup games supposed to be for the Cincinnati Bengals. That
01:28line opened up around that six and a half, seven and a half and
01:31ballooned all the way up to close to ten by game time and
01:34seventeen nothing at the break. Cleveland makes a little bit of
01:36comeback. You sort of fend them off twenty-four to six. Those
01:38aren't games that you usually see the Cincinnati Bengals
01:40winning. It's twenty-four twenty-three. It's thirty-one
01:42to thirty. Their defense doesn't make any stops. Now,
01:45yes, it was Dorian Thompson Robinson, a quarterback but
01:47Jerome Fortes at eleven carries for ninety-two yards and coming
01:50back from an injury. Sixty-six yards in that game. He was
01:53fine but you're supposed to win these games at home against
01:56really, really bad football teams and they did that going
01:58away and covering. I like what I see out of the Bengals but
02:01sometimes, Ben, too little too late at this point. It seems
02:04like it is.
