00:00The Ministry of Finance has provided three main funds to improve the health and well-being of the fishermen.
00:19The three funds that will be provided next year include GPS, DSK and KWASN.
00:31For the year 2025, the Ministry of Finance has improved the mechanisms and infrastructure
00:35so that the benefits can include fishing activities,
00:38including 103 types of fishing that are listed in the first schedule of the 1997 Fishing Regulations,
00:43Regulation 576.
00:45The first phase of GPS and DSK infrastructure and implementation
00:48is scheduled to start from 1 to 28 February 2025,
00:52while KWASN will start from 1 January to 28 February 2025.
00:57In addition, KWASN will not charge a commission or fee for the application.
01:03Next year, we will have a fund of RM30 million
01:09that will be opened for applications through the window.
01:12The difference between fishermen's grants next year
01:15can no longer be applied by the company.
01:18Before this, event companies can apply, but not next year.
01:24For community fishermen's grants,
01:26this fund is a one-off grant for graduates worth less than RM10,000.
01:34For graduates worth more than RM10,000,
01:37the funding will be distributed in installments,
01:4070% as a pre-payment,
01:42and the remaining 30% will be given after the report is published.
01:48The maximum amount of grant funds for community fishermen's grants
01:52is RM50,000 in total.
01:55With the graduation rate according to the selection,
01:58which is RM10,000, RM15,000, RM20,000, RM25,000 or RM30,000.

02:07there will be no new stadium development.

02:11at Kuala Lumpur Sport City Bukit Jalil
02:13as the center or home of fishermen.
