00:00May 22, a minor was rescued from a drug race in Baguaplaya, Davao City on December 16, 2020.

00:11A police officer was called to the scene, where he was arrested by the police.

00:17According to the police, they were the only ones who responded.

00:21According to the PNP, drug racers from MacArthur Highway, Baguaplaya, Davao City,

00:29we also found three individuals on motorcycles,

00:33all of whom were in the same area.

00:36Then, the minor was cornered by the authorities,

00:39a rider who was carrying a motorcycle without a plate number.

00:43The DCPO also took part in one of the investigations,

00:48and if the allegation is true,

00:50it will be brought to the house of the responding police.

00:56I just want to remind you that during the rescue,

01:00one of the minors was driving without a license,

01:04of course, a minor,

01:06and the motorcycle was without a plate number.

01:09So, I just want to remind you that this action will be taken

01:14on the level of the Davao City Police Office,

01:16the Baguaplaya Police Station,

01:18and their charges against the parents or the guardians of the rescued minor.

01:23He was not allowed to ride a motorcycle without a license,

01:28and then, almost 2 a.m., he was rescued.

01:33So, he should be charged with negligence.

01:37The woman who was seen carrying chocolates in her hand

01:42was arrested in Bankal, Davao City.

01:45The suspect is 27-year-old Alias Gail.

01:48She is a resident of Vino Street, Purutres, Barangay Crossing, Bayabas, Toril,

01:52District Davao City.

01:54In an investigation by the police,

01:56a security guard from Osaka was arrested this Monday, December 16,

02:02when he saw the suspect carrying chocolates in his shoulder bag.

02:10He then went to the woman's store,

02:13which is why he was arrested.

02:15The woman was recovered.

02:17She was given a pack of Osaka Milk Chocolates

02:21and a pack of white chocolates,

02:24which cost P3,300.

02:28She was brought to the police station at the right time.
