00:00We have taken a few initiatives to ensure that issues related to bullying and sexual assault can be handled as best as possible.
00:22First, we provide space and opportunities for everyone to report.
00:28If there are any issues related to bullying and sexual assault,
00:34our medium is through SISPA,
00:38the SISPA complaint system,
00:40as well as through our portal, AdoBully,
00:48as well as through phone calls and WhatsApp.
00:52Secondly, in schools, we have also set up a complaint form.
00:56So, students can report to the school through the complaint form.
01:04Thirdly, we have issued guidelines related to bullying and sexual assault.
01:12These guidelines are comprehensive.
01:15The rules are related to how we want to receive complaints,
01:20how we want to handle complaints.
01:22Fourthly, there are support programs provided by the Ministry of Education, JPN, BPD, and schools.
01:30Especially in schools, there are various support activities
01:34to ensure that programs related to awareness, prevention, bullying, and sexual assault can be provided to our children.
01:43Including today, when we held a weekly meeting,
01:47one of the things that was touched upon by our advisor was related to bullying.
01:52And the essence of my speech is also related to how we want to stop bullying,
01:58prevent bullying, and also sexual assault.
02:01Fifthly, we use peer-to-peer approaches from students to students.
02:07So, we have implemented a peer-to-peer program.
02:11So, in schools, we look for peer-to-peer students who can be role models,
02:17who can be role models to other students
02:20in terms of ethics, values, integrity, and excellence in the academic curriculum, and so on.
02:32So, these are examples that need to be highlighted to other students,
02:36the good values that need to be exemplified.
02:40These are among the things that we are implementing.
02:43And the sixth is, we see that all schools need to have the best ecosystem
02:50so that this good ecosystem will attract students' interest to attend school
02:56and prevent them from being involved in unlawful acts.
03:03For example, in this ASMP,
03:05when we entered, we saw that it was clean, bright,
03:08the students attended school properly.
03:12These are all things that are able to attract students' interest to attend school.
03:19When they come to school, it's great to go to school.
03:22So, that's what we want.
03:24So, this is the role of the principal, the role of the teachers,
03:27PIBG, PIBGS, to create the best ecosystem in schools.
03:32Any issues or cases involving bullying and sexual assault must be reported.
03:41It must be reported.
03:42I have instructed all school leaders across the country
03:47to cooperate in the way that has been determined in the curriculum.
03:52The bullying and sexual assault statistics are so high,
03:55why don't you have a program like this?
03:58It's like this.
03:59It's not too high.
04:01We have 5.2 million students across the country.
04:06What I mentioned earlier, there are more than 100,000.
04:09It means that the percentage is small.
04:120.04% or more.
04:14But with that small percentage,
04:17we have to keep on moving and keep on protesting
04:20to ensure that we can eliminate the bullying and sexual assault.
04:27Is the bullying and sexual assault related to students at school or outside of school?
04:33What is the focus?
04:35What we focus on is the case of bullying involving students
04:39involving students and other parties inside and outside of school.
04:46What is important to me is awareness.
04:49The second is prevention.
04:51Those are the two elements that we need to focus on in every school.
04:57Are there any calls or complaints that can be responded to?
05:06Yes, there are.
05:07Actually, at school, when we file a complaint,
05:12if the students feel that they are being bullied,
05:16or there are elements that are related to sexual assault,
05:21they will file a complaint.
05:25We have been doing this for a long time.
05:27Is there a lot of students at school?
05:30Yes, there are.
05:31But as I mentioned earlier, we have 5.2 million students.
05:36So, there are mistakes that affect the process of dismissal of students.
05:42But the Ministry always gives students a chance to return to school.
05:49Actually, dismissal of students is not a punishment,
05:54but a punishment for the wrongdoings that have been committed.
05:59But the Ministry always gives students a chance to return to school.
06:04That is why we have the Ministry of Education,
06:07the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Education,
06:10which we provide in all branches.
06:12We want 5.2 million students from all over the country
06:16to stay at school until their dismissal.
