00:00About bullying, there's a new issue about the bullying case of Alakumandu.
00:05How did KPN react?
00:07Is Alakumandu in school?
00:09He's in Asrama Penang.
00:11Oh, Asrama Penang. Okay.
00:17Okay, first, I would like to emphasize again that we are not compromising in this bullying issue.
00:25The actions and all the processes related to bullying must go through the procedure that we have established.
00:35So, we ask for this complaint to be made under the Bully Complaint under the Ministry of Education of Malaysia.
00:42And the procedure under the Bully Complaint is more clear because we will inform the complainant about the actions that we have taken.
00:51At the same time, I would like to remind the schools, especially the principal, teachers and administrators,
00:58not to keep this incident a secret.
01:02And we ask for it to be resolved according to the guidelines of the bullying case that we have issued.
01:10And also, in the entire process of giving justice to the parties, especially to the authorities,
01:19this action can be continued.
01:21If there are parties that are not satisfied, it can be continued to the authorities.
01:29At the same time, we would like to remind once again that all actions must comply with the process
01:38and procedures that we have established under the guidelines of the bullying that has been issued by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia.
01:47How specific is the development of the case?
01:51We have accepted it. It is in the investigation process at the Ministry of Education of Malaysia for further action.
01:59But we ask for the understanding from the public that it must be reported and there must be an investigation.
02:13So, if the complaint is made directly to the bullying case under the Ministry of Education of Malaysia,
02:20the actions will be seen clearly.
02:24So, does it mean that it does not need to go through the school?
02:28The school must take action based on the guidelines.
02:32At the same time, it must also be reported to the Ministry of Education of Malaysia
02:38to get further explanation regarding the actions taken.
02:45We have our process, the work process, which must be followed under the bullying.
02:57Why did he question?
03:00I think it is the right of the parents.
03:03If their children feel that they do not get justice in the context of the investigation and the complaint that has been filed,
03:13the parents have the right to continue the complaint to a higher level,
03:18including the authorities and the Ministry of Education of Malaysia.
03:22I repeat, we do not compromise and we take all the complaints seriously,
03:27both the parents, the school and the child.
03:33So, we want all members of society to take this bullying issue seriously
03:39and the complaint must reach us so that we can take action.
03:43Once again, the complaint must reach the Ministry of Education of Malaysia
03:46so that we can immediately carry out the action and investigation.
03:51We ask all members of society to pay full attention to this matter.
