00:00What is the role of digital tools in the future?
00:05We have to think of administration as a complex bundle of tools
00:10that are certainly actionable by administrators, but also by citizens.
00:15Putting ourselves in the perspective of the citizen
00:19and being able to listen to him, on the one hand,
00:22using digital tools to collect information in rooms
00:25in an increasingly timely manner,
00:27and, on the other hand, providing as much information
00:30as possible in the simplest way
00:32on the services that citizens can provide.
00:35There are three major areas of change that we are focusing on.
00:40One is social, accessibility and the cost of living in the city,
00:45which is fundamental to us.
00:47We are working on a plan of house, of municipal initiative,
00:50which strengthens the offer of accommodation at a significantly reduced cost.
00:55There is then an accompaniment to what is the environmental transition,
01:00to the impacts it has, both from an energy point of view
01:03and from a mobility point of view, on the city.
01:06So, being able to offer very effective solutions for movement,
01:10both with the technologies shared in sharing,
01:13which through the public transport system,
01:15strengthening it and extending it also in its metropolitan lines,
01:19is a strategic goal of the city.
01:21Then there is the part that concerns digital change
01:24and the ability of the administration
01:27to renew the tools of interaction with citizens,
01:31through not only their own site, but also applications,
01:35also through tools such as the digital twin of the administration
01:39or a vocal interaction with the municipal site,
01:43which can allow not only more services,
01:45but also an accessibility to these services
01:48by less literate groups of the population from a digital point of view.
01:52These are some of the great challenges
01:54that we are carrying out as an administration,
01:57because the speed with which the public, the local entity,
02:02reads, interprets and updates its strategic plans
02:06makes it effective in responding to these great changes that we are going through.
