00:00Here at RSP, we're different, it's Christmas season and one of the things that adds Christmas feel to our house is decorations.

00:11But did you know that organic Christmas ornaments and decor are in trend right now?

00:27My name is Cesar Ruedas.

00:29We're the only one here who has dried flowers for sale here at Dapitan Arcade.

00:35We make dried flowers that have different concepts.

00:46We started more than 20 years ago in the industry.

00:54We started with small things like dried flowers until we were able to sell our products.

01:04It's our talent to make things look good.

01:11When we were able to buy seeds in the province, we thought we could use them to make decorations.

01:18We started with a small collection.

01:23It clicked with people because dried flowers are different from organic flowers.

01:28If you think about it, we're the only one who drives around here at Dapitan Arcade.

01:33We mostly sell plastic items.

01:38Customers are amazed when they see our products.

01:44They're amazed to see that they can use our products to make decorations.

01:51Actually, my sister was the one who started it all.

01:57She was the one who came up with the concept of how to make these items.

02:06This has been our source of income for the past 20 years.

02:09We only make money when we're in the bear months.

02:17That's when we make a lot of money.

02:21In the regular months, it's okay, but it's not easy.

02:26When we're in the bear months, it really clicks.

02:30They give us positive feedback.

02:33They come back every year to see what new items we have,

02:38what new products we have every year.

02:41We help a lot of people, like our workers.

02:46Our workers also help their families.

02:51Like me, I used to work at OSW.

02:55When I retired, I joined my sister's company.

03:00I also became a registrar.

03:05If you want to do business like we do,

03:09you just have to be patient and patient

03:14when it comes to producing raw materials.
