00:00That fire caused minimal damage and was extinguished by fire and the fire extinguisher.
00:30I'm happy to report that there were no injuries of any person at that location.
00:36The male has then left that location and it would appear as though he has got another bag from another location which we are not aware of.
00:45I would describe that as a canvas bag on wheels.
00:48That bag has then gone with him into
00:52a building on the corner of Donison Street and Henry Parry Drive.
00:56He's then gone into an elevator up to level 3, which is an area occupied by a private
01:03law firm, and similarly to the other attack, has ignited a similar device, being a small
01:11domestic LPG cylinder, which has caused a fire.
01:17That fire was more substantial than the one at the other incident location.
01:21I would describe it as a moderate fire, which has caused moderate internal damage to those
01:25premises, and again, that fire was extinguished by Fire and Rescue NSW.
01:32At that location, a 54-year-old employee suffered smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene
01:39by NSW Ambulance and did not require any further treatment.
01:44And happily, no other persons were injured as a result of that fire.
