00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the program.
00:21Ladies and gentlemen, today is a very busy day in terms of news.
00:26The other day we saw in Peshawar, an all parties conference was called by Mr. Governor
00:31We will discuss what has been discussed there.
00:34Today, Faisal Varda Saheb met with Maulana Fazl Rahman Saheb.
00:39These days, we see that Faisal Varda Saheb has become much more active on politics.
00:46What mission is he behind?
00:49This is also part of our program today.
00:52Along with this, the crime is also against me.
00:54The case of 9th of May, the indictment of Bani PTI and the rest of their accomplices
01:01have become very important.
01:03When I am talking to you, the Leader of the Opposition National Assembly, which is the parliament of Pakistan,
01:09is under arrest.
01:10And the rest of the important leaders of Pakistan's judiciary are under arrest at this point in time.
01:16We will talk about this as well.
01:17But the first story on which we will start our program today is the 26th Ayn-e-Tarmeem.
01:25You know that the 26th Ayn-e-Tarmeem has been passed.
01:28Since then, there have been various disputes.
01:34What is the latest dispute?
01:36This is our first story today.
01:37Chaudhry Ghulam Sain Sahib is with us from Lahore.
01:39As usual, Hassan Ayub is with me in the studio.
01:43And none other than Azad Sahib is with us.
01:46What is your position as the President of?
01:49President of Islamabad High Court Bar Association.
01:51President of Islamabad High Court Bar Association.
01:53So we will know from Azad Sahib as well that he had to start a campaign.
01:59And what was the outcome of that campaign?
02:01We can see that he is left and right.
02:05You have started the program.
02:07Viewers, today Senior Peonate Judge, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib has written a letter.
02:12A lot of letters.
02:14I think this is the third or fourth letter.
02:16His writing practice has increased a lot.
02:20In the letter, he has pointed out some important points.
02:25And what are those points?
02:27We have translated it into Urdu.
02:29We will put it in front of you.
02:30Then we would like to ask Azad Sahib to enlighten us on this.
02:36Will these letters of love only continue?
02:41Will this continue?
02:43In the letter, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib,
02:47if the 26th amendment had not been passed,
02:49then in today's history, he would have been the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
02:53In the letter to the Chief Justice,
02:57Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib is saying that
03:00until the decision is made on the 26th amendment,
03:03I have requested to postpone the meeting of the Judicial Commission on 6th December.
03:11In this letter, he writes that
03:13on the nomination of additional judges of the High Court,
03:15he has expressed reservations.
03:17In Sindh High Court and Peshawar High Court,
03:19it is a matter of appointment of judges.
03:21According to the 26th amendment,
03:23the formation of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan was renewed.
03:26However, there are more than two degrees of requests against this amendment.
03:32This is the content of the letter.
03:34After this, he says that
03:36if the requests against the 26th amendment are approved,
03:39then the status of the Judicial Commission will be terminated.
03:42This situation can cause embarrassment for the institution and the members.
03:47He then gave a reference.
03:49In October, he wrote a letter.
03:51At that time, he highlighted these things that
03:53I and Justice Muneeb Akhtar
03:55decided to approve the amendments to the 26th amendment in the 31st October meeting.
04:04Despite this decision,
04:06these requests were not approved by the registrar in front of the full court.
04:12Chief Justice, this is the whole matter.
04:15The Chief Justice has requested the full court to approve the amendments to the 26th amendment.
04:21Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has requested this.
04:23The Chief Justice has requested the full court to approve the amendments to the 26th amendment.
04:27The decision on these requests is of great importance.
04:32Under Article 191A,
04:34this is a very important point.
04:36Viewers, we would like to ask Mr. Azad to explain to us how important this point is.
04:44Under Article 191A,
04:46the regular bench of the Supreme Court cannot hear the same requests.
04:50However, Article 191A
04:52does not prohibit the full court bench of the Supreme Court from hearing the same requests.
04:57The Judicial Commission has provided reasonable grounds
05:00or the level of eligibility without the Supreme Court
05:03and has nominated the judges of the regular benches of the Sindh Court.
05:07These nominations were made on the basis of majority,
05:10which is with the Executive,
05:11while the Commission's Manifestation Meeting has not yet been made public.
05:14What I have understood is that
05:17Justice Mansoor Ali Shah is trying to explain
05:20that the way in which the amendments are being made,
05:23as Mr. Mureed and I had decided earlier,
05:26as you know, under the Practical Procedure Committee,
05:29the committee has to put the cases on a full court bench.
05:35Do you think the importance of this letter will come as news
05:40and we will discuss it and this letter will disappear from the media by tomorrow?
05:44Do you think Mr. Sajjad Afridi or Mr. Ishtar will react to this?
05:51In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
05:53The matter is that this letter is of great importance
05:57because all the 26 amendments that have been challenged,
06:02all the applications that are pending in the Supreme Court for more than two decades,
06:08without deciding their fate,
06:12the amendments that have been made,
06:15in Pakistan, most of the times,
06:18and many people have challenged them in their own capacity.
06:22The reason for this is that if this amendment were to be reversed,
06:26if it were to be striked down, by any reason,
06:29as it is written in Article 3A of Article 175,
06:35in which it is written that the administration has to be separated from the court progressively within 14 years.
06:42You subordinated the Supreme Court to the administration.
06:47This alone is enough.
06:49And then there is Chapter 1 of the Constitution,
06:52and Article 8 to 28,
06:54and then Article 227,
06:56and then according to the injunction of Islam,
06:58this legislation should have been there.
07:00There are a lot of mistakes in that.
07:02This is an academic discussion.
07:12I am saying that if the Supreme Court strikes it down by holding it for any reason,
07:17then all the appointments that will be made,
07:19whatever will be done.
07:20I understand that.
07:21That was explained in the letter.
07:22See, the question is very important.
07:23The interpretation of the 26th amendment in front of us is that,
07:27the change that has been made in Article 191A,
07:31that if there is to be a petition regarding any legal matters,
07:34then it has to be presented to the I.N.I. Bench.
07:37Now, as Mr. Mansoor Ali Shah is taking this argument,
07:40that it does not bar from making a full court,
07:44and putting this matter in front of the full court.
07:47So, it is just a matter of interpretation.
07:49Finally, the question is,
07:53whose decision will be made?
07:55The Chief Justice of Pakistan,
07:56or the judge of the I.N.I. Bench,
07:58or who will do it?
08:00If the full court has to be made,
08:02then who has to make it?
08:04He has explained this,
08:05it is not a question of just interpretation.
08:08This is the essence.
08:10I say this,
08:11that in Article 191A,
08:14he has said that all the constitutional matters,
08:17by which the 26th amendment will go to the I.N.I. Bench,
08:22but Article 191A does not impose restrictions on this.
08:27There is no bar.
08:29There is no barricade.
09:00He has not made it.
09:02He has not made it.
09:03He has not made it.
09:04Our demand is this.
09:06We say that the I.N.I. Bench cannot listen to this.
09:09It is the 26th amendment.
09:11It is the creation.
09:13No one can be a judge for his own cause.
09:16He cannot listen to this.
09:17That is why we say that there is collective wisdom in this.
09:21All the judges of the full Supreme Court,
09:24all 17 of them,
09:25and this is the foundation of your country,
09:28of your constitution,
09:29of all your laws,
09:31of all your appointments,
09:32of your judicial commission.
09:34There are no rules yet.
09:36You have made a judicial commission.
09:38You are following old rules.
09:40Article 4 of Article 175A,
09:44you have made rules.
09:46This is your prerogative.
09:48You have made a judicial commission.
09:50You are not making rules.
09:51Under the old rules,
09:53you are making a judicial commission.
09:55Hassan, as of now,
09:57if we see,
09:59the Supreme Court of Pakistan,
10:01the Chief Justice,
10:02Justice Zia-Zia Faridi,
10:04and on the other side,
10:05the I.N.I. Bench,
10:06Justice Aminuddin,
10:07they are heading it.
10:08So if,
10:09in any case,
10:10forget the 26th amendment,
10:12if the full court bench has to be made,
10:14who has the power in the current situation?
10:18The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
10:20Justice Zia-Zia Faridi.
10:21Yes, Justice Zia-Zia Faridi.
10:23Yes, if the full court has to be called,
10:24it can be called.
10:25But I have a question.
10:27Yes, please.
10:28Sir, would you like that the 26th amendment
10:31should be striked down
10:33and as a result,
10:35instead of Justice Zia-Zia Faridi,
10:37Justice Mansoor Ali Shah,
10:39becomes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan?
10:41What do you want?
10:42Look, if you read the 1956 Supreme Court
10:44Al-Jihad Transfer Certification of Pakistan,
10:47it was decided by the seniors of the principal.
10:51We want it to be striked down.
10:53Justice Mansoor Ali Shah
10:55becomes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
10:58So Justice Zia-Zia Faridi,
10:59you don't accept it?
11:00No, no, I accept it.
11:01As a judge, I accept it.
11:03As a judge, I accept it.
11:04Look, don't say that.
11:05If the 26th amendment ends,
11:06it will remain the same.
11:08What is the use of accepting it?
11:09He is a competent person.
11:10He is a professional judge.
11:12But Justice Mansoor Ali Shah,
11:14there is no match at all.
11:16He is a wonderful jurist.
11:17So you are saying that Justice Zia-Zia Faridi doesn't match him?
11:19He is a competent person.
11:21He is a professional judge.
11:23Not at par.
11:24But I say to Justice Mansoor Ali Shah,
11:26when he becomes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Punjab,
11:28with all the judicial reforms that he brings,
11:30with his legal acumen and administration,
11:34if you make him the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan,
11:36it would be a miracle.
11:38Justice Zia-Zia Faridi can't do that.
11:40Look, everyone has different qualities.
11:43I understand.
11:44Some are competent on the judicial side,
11:46some are competent on the administrative side.
11:48Can I ask a question to Mr. Chaudhary?
11:49Yes.
11:50Mr. Chaudhary, meanwhile,
11:51the people who have been arrested from Rawalpindi,
11:54those who have been convicted,
11:56please contact them.
11:57Can I ask a question to Mr. Chaudhary?
11:59Mr. Chaudhary,
12:00Justice Mansoor Ali Shah,
12:01obviously,
12:02there is an obvious impression
12:05that he had to become the Chief Justice.
12:07He didn't become the Chief Justice.
12:08The 26th amendment was passed.
12:10So when he writes this letter,
12:13it looks like a conflict of interest.
12:17Number one, number two,
12:19you must remember that
12:20when Justice Qazi Faiz Shah was present,
12:22during the 90-day elections,
12:24many such cases were held.
12:26So Justice Mansoor Ali Shah
12:28was present with more than one case.
12:32Even you know,
12:33the reference that was made
12:35regarding Justice Qazi Faiz Shah.
12:37So now,
12:38the letter that is being written,
12:40do you think there will be any benefit from it?
12:42If there was going to be a decision,
12:44he was going to work,
12:46a long time ago.
12:47He didn't.
12:48Now,
12:49with the letter,
12:50you are correcting the record
12:52that no, we did this,
12:53so our words are not being followed.
12:54What do you think is the solution?
12:55What will happen?
12:56Mr. Chaudhary.
12:58What will be the solution?
12:59You will have to decide
13:00according to the law and the constitution.
13:03You should have set up the full court.
13:05You should have decided on the requests.
13:08You should have followed the constitution.
13:10You have made it a sub-survey.
13:13I would like to praise Mr. Azad
13:15that he is fighting as a Mujahid.
13:17Even though,
13:19he was from another group.
13:23He is the president of the Supreme Court.
13:25Even today,
13:27he is saying that the 26th amendment
13:29has been corrected.
13:31This is his situation.
13:33What is the situation of others?
13:35They have nothing to do with it.
13:36So, you have laid the foundations
13:38for the destruction of the constitution.
13:40Today, no one is going to take a stand.
13:42No decisions are being made
13:43according to the constitution and the law.
13:45Mr. Azad, tell me,
13:48there is a constitutional bench.
13:51It is not over and above the Supreme Court.
13:53It is part of the present Supreme Court
13:55which is headed by Mr. Afridi.
13:58It is his job
14:00to call the full court
14:02and take a decision.
14:04This is a drama.
14:06I agree with Mr. Chaudhary.
14:08Overall,
14:10the Chief Justice is Mr. Yaya Afridi.
14:13The case management is your domain.
14:16The constitutional bench is your domain
14:19except this bench.
14:21This bench,
14:23you had 187 cases in the Supreme Court.
14:26When you said that
14:28there is a big pending matter.
14:30You go to that bench
14:32and wait for a month.
14:35In that bench,
14:37you will hear the screams
14:39of 30,000 to 35,000 cases
14:41and 6 judges.
14:42You will hear the screams of the people
14:43and the lawyers.
14:44There will be so much pendency.
14:46Mr. Guman, the purpose you had set
14:48was not this disposal.
14:50You basically wanted to manage
14:52the cases pending in the Supreme Court
14:54by the government.
14:56Tell me,
14:57if I say that I want to be a judge,
15:00this is disqualification to become a judge.
15:02I propose myself
15:04to vote in the Judicial Commission.
15:06Mr. Azad, answer my question.
15:08Let's assume that
15:10the full court bench
15:12was made by Justice Yaya Afridi.
15:14But Justice Sameer-ud-Din says,
15:16Sir, I am heading
15:18the Constitutional Bench of Pakistan.
15:20And behind me,
15:22there is a two-third majority of the people
15:24of the Parliament of Pakistan.
15:26The people of Pakistan.
15:28Then get the people of Pakistan to vote.
15:30The elected representatives
15:32of the people of Pakistan
15:34have given me the authority
15:36to listen to all the legal matters
15:38in the future.
15:40So if there is a dispute,
15:42who will decide who is right
15:44and who is wrong?
15:46Look, in this one-nine-one,
15:48where is the bar in it?
15:50Where do they stop the Chief Justice
15:52of the Supreme Court?
15:54They say, listen to the legal matters
15:56and you will know.
15:58Leave the legal matters.
16:00It is my right as a student of law
16:02to interpret the Constitutional Bench of Pakistan.
16:04The Constitutional Bench of Pakistan
16:06was also made by a human being.
16:08And the way it is made now,
16:10it is in front of you as well.
16:12Leave the Constitutional Bench of Pakistan,
16:14let's respect it.
16:16But the question arises,
16:18the judge from which the Constitution
16:20was made, will he decide
16:22that it is wrong?
16:24Tell me something common sense.
16:26He will not.
16:28I will not comment on it.
16:36I will not comment on it.
16:58I will not comment on it.
17:28I will not comment on it.
17:30I will not comment on it.
17:58I will not comment on it.
18:06I will not comment on it.
18:24I will not comment on it.
18:28I will not comment on it.
18:32I will not comment on it.
18:36I will not comment on it.
18:38You are the leader. I agree with you.
18:40I am a lawyer.
18:42The collective wisdom of the Supreme Court of Pakistan
18:48will it be ahead of the majority of the parliament?
18:53I don't think so.
18:55My point is that the parliament is supreme.
18:58And the parliament is the creator of the constitution of Pakistan.
19:01And the constitution has the right to be amended by the parliament.
19:04And the interpretation of the constitution is also a fundamental right of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
19:08But the constitution has not been amended in the name of clarification.
19:10If you make a constitution that is based on the two to seven articles of the constitution,
19:17chapter number one, which consists of eight to twenty-eight articles,
19:20against the injunction of Islam,
19:22still you will say that this is fine?
19:24This will be decided by the Supreme Court.
19:27Yes, Mr. Joey.
19:29You tell me what is the right of the assembly to be formed through a fake election?
19:34Who should decide that?
19:37And you are not going to decide, right?
19:39No, no. In the K.P.
19:41There were not even eleven people in the senate.
19:43There were no women's seats.
19:45There were minority seats.
19:47They have completed the required number.
19:49This is also a matter for the I.N.I. Bank.
19:51Viewers, let's move on to the next story.
19:53You know that the 9th Amendment has been passed.
19:57Babur Malik, our representative from Rawalpindi, is present on all the accused.
20:01We know from him that so many people have been arrested so far.
20:07And many more people are being arrested.
20:11Babur Malik, please tell us what is the case of this indictment?
20:14We were told that he had taken bail earlier.
20:17I will ask Mr. Azad about this legal point.
20:20But what happened today?
20:22Yes, thank you, Mr. Guman.
20:24This was the most important case of 9th May.
20:26This was the most important case of 9th May.
20:30Today, in the special court of Rawalpindi,
20:33which is present in the court room,
20:35in the case of Bani P.T.I.
20:37more than 100 accused have been charged.
20:41Along with the charges of false charges,
20:44the accused has been denied the charges of health crimes.
20:47They have been told in the charge frame
20:50that they have been accused of incitement, incitement, rebellion,
20:53criminal acts, attacks, and other charges.
21:00In the court room, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed,
21:02along with Sadaqat Abbasi,
21:04Omar Ayub, Zartaj Gul, Sheikh Rashid Shafiq,
21:06Wafi Qayyum Abbasi,
21:08Arif Abbasi, Raja Majid Daniyal,
21:11and Imran Hayat, along with Raja Basharat were present.
21:15In addition to this, Usman Dar was also present in the court room.
21:20In the presence of all these people,
21:23first of all, the hearings of the various requests
21:26have been going on all day.
21:29We have seen a lot.
21:30Now tell us how many people have been charged at this point in time?
21:33Mr. Guman, let me tell you a little bit,
21:36because the charge frame is that all the accused are on bail in this case.
21:41And if the accused are on bail,
21:43then they are not arrested in these cases.
21:46When this charge frame was completed from the side of the police,
21:50the accused from gate number 5 of the PTI,
21:55they started going out of the jail.
21:57There is a police station in this gate of the jail.
22:00There, the police force was already there.
22:02They arrested Raja Basharat,
22:04who is the senior minister of law of Punjab,
22:06former minister of law,
22:09Umar Ayub, the opposition leader,
22:13along with Raja Majid Daniyal, Malik Azeem Billah and Ahmed Chatha.
22:19They arrested five people and transferred them to the police station.
22:23The police have been told from the side of Bukla,
22:27in which cases you have been arrested.
22:30Their bail will be announced.
22:31Raja Basharat has been on bail from the side of Peshawar High Court
22:39and from the side of Umar Ayub till December 24.
22:42So, from the side of the police, Bukla has been told
22:45that the police are coming from Faisalabad and Sargodha.
22:48They will verify which cases they will be arrested in.
22:52Or we are investigating this.
22:54We are verifying which cases have been on bail or not.
22:58If they are not on bail, then we will release them after Pujgar.
23:01As of now, I am still outside Adiala jail.
23:03I reached here at 10 am.
23:05I am still outside the gate,
23:08where the arrests of PTI have been made.
23:14A large number of people from Bukla are here.
23:16They are in contact with the police
23:18to be told in which cases they are being arrested.
23:22Thank you very much, Malik sahib.
23:24Raja sahib, tell us, the indictment has been made.
23:27So, are they on bail or not?
23:31If it is a new case, then obviously they will be arrested.
23:33Or in this case...
23:35See, I was thinking that
23:37they have been arrested after committing individual crimes.
23:40If they are in this case, in which the charge has been framed,
23:43then if they are on bail, then without cancellation,
23:46filed, if the bail court does not release them,
23:50then you cannot arrest them.
23:52This means that they have been arrested in some other case,
23:54which is a culture of unknown cases as a fashion,
23:58that there are 10 cases on which they are on bail,
24:00and they give one such secret and arrest them.
24:03And there is no such restriction in the law.
24:05But there are many cases like this,
24:07I have also filed in Islamabad High Court.
24:09I have filed for Sher Afzal Amarwad,
24:10I have filed for Shoaib Shaheen,
24:12today I have filed for Ali Bukhari.
24:14In the light of Ali Wazir case,
24:16it is the judgment of Islamabad High Court,
24:18of Mian Gul Hasan sahib,
24:20and in it,
24:22there is a directive bail, transitory bail,
24:24which says that I should have access to justice,
24:26that is, I should be given a chance to go to court.
24:28And Article 10, Constitution of 1973,
24:32it says that,
24:34unless you tell someone,
24:36Khawar sahib, that this is your crime,
24:38or this is the case,
24:40you cannot arrest that person.
24:42So you give them information,
24:44that the federation or the IGA should furnish,
24:46how many cases are related to me,
24:48so in that...
24:50Let's go to the break,
24:52and after the break we will talk about
24:54the issues in APC Peshawar.
24:56After that, Chief Minister Peshawar,
24:58sorry KP,
25:00has written a letter from Peshawar,
25:02in the name of Prime Minister,
25:04in reference to his Pakhtoon brothers,
25:06in that letter,
25:08what threats he has expressed,
25:10we will talk about it after the break.
25:14Welcome back viewers,
25:16Governor KP,
25:18Faisal Kareem Ghori
25:20has hosted an all parties conference,
25:22and he is saying that,
25:24we have to teach politics
25:26to Khawar Pakhtoon's Chief Minister,
25:28Ali Min Gannapur sahib.
25:30A non-responsible attitude,
25:32when our delegation is going there,
25:34the day before,
25:36the CM ran there,
25:38that I should go there.
25:40Inshallah, while walking on our steps,
25:42they will call APC,
25:44Inshallah, we will teach them politics,
25:46Inshallah, if we are together,
25:48we will bring them to this line.
25:50Ali Mohammad Khan sahib has said that,
25:52Governor sahib,
25:54put water on fire,
25:56don't try to put oil on it.
25:58Governor Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
26:00who has lost elections three times,
26:02knows how to set fire,
26:04who doesn't know how to put water on fire,
26:06he is sitting there for scoring political points,
26:08if he had to call any APC,
26:10he should have engaged with the PM first.
26:12Viewers, Ali Mohammad Khan sahib
26:14has said a lot of things,
26:16if you see the party position,
26:18in Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
26:20the people of Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
26:22they have elected the independents,
26:24they are supporters of Pakistan's
26:26justice system,
26:28the house,
26:30of 124,
26:3291 is their number,
26:34after that,
26:36Jameerat Ulma-e-Pakistan is 7,
26:38Pakistan Muslim League Noon is 5,
26:40People's Party is 4,
26:42Jamaat-e-Islami is 3,
26:44Pakistan Justice Parliamentarians is 2,
26:46ANP is one seat,
26:48this is the representation of the people,
26:50without PTI,
26:52the existence of APC,
26:54is also a mistake,
26:56Saif,
26:58the spokesperson of the AKP government,
27:00what do you have to say about this?
27:02A political drama is being created
27:04in the name of APC,
27:06the governor has no legal authority
27:08to call APC,
27:10the governor is only
27:12a representative of loyalty
27:14in Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
27:16he is not a representative
27:18of the people,
27:20he should tell the Prime Minister
27:22to pay us the remains of Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
27:24so that there is progress in the province,
27:26instead of creating harmony in loyalty
27:28and the province,
27:30he gives political statements,
27:32he is a part of the campaigns
27:34against the government of Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar,
27:36he keeps criticizing,
27:38it is a waste of time
27:40to go to the APC of such a governor,
27:42he has invited the leaders
27:44of all the political parties,
27:46the people of Aibar Pakhtoon Khawar
27:48have confidence in these parties,
27:50they have a majority in the assembly,
27:52along with this,
27:54when Faisal Kareem Gurni
27:56will be the APC,
27:58he has kept some points of the APC
28:00in front of the media,
28:02the political leadership of the province
28:04has expressed concern
28:06that the central and provincial
28:08governments are failing
28:10in terms of peace and security,
28:12the 11NFC award should be continued,
28:14in this award for FATA,
28:16the promise of Sartaj Aziz commission
28:18should be fulfilled,
28:20the people of the mines and mills
28:22found in the province
28:24have the ownership
28:26and the future generations have the trust,
28:28the trade routes of the Pak-Afghan border
28:30should be opened for all kinds of trade,
28:32the loyal government should give priority
28:34to the oil and gas supply,
28:36the NHP and federal exercise duty
28:38on the oil should be fulfilled,
28:40the joint council meeting
28:42should be held regularly,
28:44the security of the province
28:46should not be disturbed
28:48in other provinces and centres,
28:50the performance of the provincial government
28:52should be audited.
28:54Viewers,
28:56these are the main demands,
28:58the KP government seems to have
29:00issued a charge sheet against
29:02the KP government,
29:04instead of telling the KP government
29:06what to do,
29:08I do not understand any
29:10comprehensive statement
29:12of the law and order agency,
29:14but one important point is that
29:16the peaceful Pashtuns should not
29:18be disturbed in other provinces
29:20and in Islamabad,
29:22a letter has also been written
29:24in detail about this,
29:26which can be kept in front of you,
29:28the chief minister KP has addressed
29:30the details of this letter,
29:32he said that we are getting
29:34a lot of complaints
29:36that the Pashtuns
29:38are being profiled
29:40in Islamabad or other places,
29:42in Islamabad, after the peaceful
29:44protest on PTA,
29:46the labor profession is being
29:48treated cruelly with Pashtun people
29:50and they are being nominated
29:52for terrorism cases,
29:54this has been further explained
29:56in this letter.
29:58Tell me,
30:00is there any technical issue
30:02with the chief minister?
30:04Hassan, this point is being raised
30:06again and again in the APC,
30:08the profiling of the Pashtuns,
30:10today the Islamabad police
30:12has also given its clarification
30:14that the Pashtuns are our brothers
30:16and our loved ones,
30:18brave and courageous Pashtuns
30:20are the protectors of this beloved
30:22homeland and are the pride
30:24of the Pakistani nation,
30:26the Pashtuns have not been taken
30:28into custody,
30:30the legal proceedings have been
30:32brought against Sharpasand Nasir
30:34and not on the basis of any
30:36nationality or region,
30:38a negative propaganda is being
30:40done for the intended purpose
30:42which is a conspiracy against
30:44national peace,
30:46but you know that there
30:48are some complaints coming
30:50from right and left,
