00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was the first to award the titles of Land of Agriculture and Certificates of Condemnation to more than 7,000 farmers in Davao.

00:11Details of this were brought to you by Janessa Felix of PTV Davao.

00:17Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries or ARBs in Davao Region thanked the Marcos Jr. Administration for providing their own land to Filipino farmers.

00:28After the distribution of Land Titles and Certificates of Condemnation with the release of Mortgage in Region 11,

00:35where the 7,558 ARBs were made beneficiaries with a total amount of debt condoned of more than P500,000,000.

00:45President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was the first to do so.

00:49The President wanted to give Filipino farmers their own land, especially those who need it the most.

00:56I am here to distribute the Certificates of Condemnation to our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries for your debt to the Land of Agriculture.

01:07It was organized by the Department of Agrarian Reform Region 11, where it is a great help to improve the lives of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.

01:16In Region 11, there will be an initial distribution of 9,058 Cochromes with 6,951 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.

01:27Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental were beneficiaries.

01:32Davao del Norte received 2,337 Cochromes with 1,731 Beneficiaries.

01:40Davao de Oro received 4,901 Cochromes with 3,614 Beneficiaries.

01:47Davao Oriental received 1,820 Cochromes with 1,606 Beneficiaries.

01:55And for the Certificate of Land Ownership Award, Davao City received 144 Regular CLOA Titles with 142 Beneficiaries.

02:04While for the issuance of Electronics Titles, the Region received 672 Titles with 122 for Davao del Sur and 550 for Davao del Norte.

02:17The beneficiary from Carmen, Davao del Norte, Jolito Malyo, thanked the President for this program.

02:24I am thankful to him for this.

02:31This is a big help to all farmers and will improve the quality of their livelihoods.

02:37This is not the only project organized by DAR 11 for the farmers because the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations in the whole Region also provided machinery, equipment, and agricultural support projects.
