00:00Number two team in the country in Auburn takes on Duke, the most exciting player in college
00:08basketball potentially playing tonight for the Blue Devils and the point spread tells
00:12us everything.
00:13Flip that coin, Mike.
00:14Minus two and a half, Duke at home tells you no home court advantage, which is nuts in
00:20that stadium.
00:21146 and a half is the total.
00:23Hey, this is telling me Auburn must be a really great team this year.
00:28Only now, Craig, that spread tells me there is a home court advantage because I think
00:33Duke would be a significant underdog, at least by their standards, if they played this game
00:37anywhere else but Cameron.
00:39They'd be looking at a couple of baskets minimum or maybe even two or three three-pointers
00:43if they were playing it at Auburn or a neutral floor.
00:46Duke is extraordinarily talented but very young and what Auburn brings in is a significant
00:52defensive team with great size and great maturity and that's a problem for Duke because they
00:58could get worn down.
00:59They aren't super deep.
01:00They don't have great point guard play at Duke this year, which is why you saw at the
01:04end of the Kentucky game and the end of the Kansas game, the Blue Devils turning to the
01:09great Cooper flag and saying, okay, take us home and I don't think that's really where
01:14he's at his best.
01:15He'd be better off if you had a point guard who could create an opportunity by hitting
01:19the lane, then kicking it out the flag and then the defense is weakened.
01:24Having to go against a full-strength defense on his own caused problems against both Kentucky
01:30and Kansas.
01:31They've had about a week or so now to fix that problem if they happen to be in a close
01:36late game and they've got to have a better idea than just handing the ball to Cooper
01:39and saying, save us.
