00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. gave the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage, or FRLD,
00:08for the effects of changing times and accidents occurring in the country.
00:13In a courtesy call made by members of the FRLD to the Chief Executive yesterday,
00:19President Marcos stated the effort of the government to establish the FRLD in the country.
00:26The Loss and Damage Fund is important for the construction of damaged infrastructure
00:32and to assist the victims of calamities.
00:35Only recently, six consecutive typhoons have entered the country,
00:40which is why the FRLD is in time.
