00:00And I am concerned, because this government's got a hell of a lot to do and it's a real mess they're inheriting.
00:07Also, I think some of the things they've been doing haven't been as thought through as they could have been.
00:12So what I'd hope is with this, that there's a real consultation on it.
00:16I mean, one of the things that I do feel strongly about is that there needs to be better public transport,
00:21there needs to be ways in which we don't need to be on the road so much.
00:25I'd worry more about people like, I don't know, my sister or my mum or someone, you know.
00:29I grew up in the Valleys and I guess that could really penalise people who live in the more rural areas
00:35who perhaps struggle more financially and have a lower-paying job.
00:39I don't know, to be honest. I suppose yes and no, but are they going to do it for cyclists as well?
00:44I don't mind a pay-per-mile because I do very few miles.
00:48So, yeah, it wouldn't be a problem.
00:52It depends how expensive it is. I think it would be, for me, OK.
00:57But then, if you do a lot of miles, it's probably awful.
