00:00A day after the truce came into effect, it's already looking shaky.
00:05The Lebanese army accused Israel of violating the ceasefire several times on Wednesday and
00:10Thursday.
00:11This, after Israeli warplanes fired on a Hezbollah weapons facility in southern Lebanon, hours
00:17after its tanks fired on people trying to return to certain areas, which it called a
00:21violation of the ceasefire.
00:24Under the agreement, Israeli forces have 60 days to return to their side of the blue line
00:30and Hezbollah to withdraw north of the Litani River, leaving a buffer zone to be patrolled
00:35by Lebanese troops and UN peacekeepers.
00:38The Israeli military has advised Lebanese not to return to their homes near the border
00:42yet and also announced a night time curfew in south Lebanon from 5pm Thursday till 7am
00:48the following day.
00:50Nonetheless, tens of thousands of Lebanese who fled their homes continue to head back
00:55to their towns and villages across the south, only to find scenes of devastation.
01:00It's really tough.
01:02We never imagined it would be like this.
01:04We saw the pictures, but when we came and saw it in person, it was really difficult.
01:10We got here last night and the smoke was so thick, we couldn't take it.
01:15It's heartbreaking, honestly.
01:17It breaks your heart because we don't deserve this.
01:20Despite the ceasefire breaches, the clear-up has already begun in parts of the south.
01:24The country faces a long road to recovery.
01:27The cost of damage to housing is estimated at 2.8 billion dollars, with more than 99,000
