00:57after a dispute between the two top leaders of the country.

01:01According to Magalong,

01:03it would be better if the two of them resolved their disagreement

01:07on the diplomatic approach for the future of the Philippines.

01:11From a personal perspective, being the mayor,

01:16I can see the impact of this on our economy.

01:21We don't want to experience a series of downfalls again.

01:26Our countrymen are really suffering.

01:30Magalong believes that the police and the military are superior to the Constitution.

01:34He says that the Philippines is being left to other countries

01:38as a model of a reliable leader.

01:41Retired Marine Colonel Ariel Quirubin believes

01:45that the two leaders need to work together

01:48to discuss the issues that benefit each Filipino.

01:53Meanwhile, Colonel Quirubin believes

01:56that one of the main mandates of the Armed Forces of the Philippines

01:59is to protect the Constitution.

02:02They should remain neutral, non-partisan.

02:06They should serve with honor and professionalism.

02:14They should always uphold and protect.

02:19He asked the groups that were allies of the two leaders during the campaign
