00:00Fellows in the prison of the country of a foreigner and a Filipino in Makati City after being caught using illegal drugs.

00:09The complaint of the foreigner claiming to be smoking has become a media cover-up.

00:17This 47-year-old foreigner and two Filipinos were stopped by the police when they entered their house in Tejeros, Makati City last night.

00:27According to the authorities, they received a complaint about the smuggling of illegal drugs by a foreign suspect.

00:33The first thing they found out was that the suspects were also using illegal drugs.

00:39They were really using and smuggling illegal drugs near the gate of their house while they were drinking.

00:44They were partying. One of them escaped, so only two of them were caught.

00:49One of the shabu, two packets of high-grade marijuana and drugs for fernalia were confiscated by the operatives.

00:58The importance of these drugs is still unknown. It's still unclear what the relationship of the suspects is with each other.

01:04Their first claim is that their relationship is with a foreigner. Now, their claim is that their relationship is with a smuggler.

01:10One of the caught is a 19-year-old student who admitted to using high-grade marijuana.

01:17I will not deny it because I saw it in my room. I have a goiter. I tried it and my friends touched me.

01:27He said that there is another smuggler who is a foreign suspect.

01:32I have a friend who is a smuggler. That's the reason why his visa is suspended.

01:36How many years have you been in the U.S.?

01:39Fifteen years.

01:40Why?

01:42Because of drugs. That's what he said.

01:46The police found out that the former US prisoner is a foreign suspect, so they will meet in the Bureau of Immigration.

01:54The foreign suspect said,

01:56I'm invoking my right to remain silent right now. So, I'm finished.

02:01But just to clarify, were you involved in drugs back in the U.S.?

02:05I'm not answering any questions.

02:07The suspects are prohibited from violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

02:13Another suspect is being held hostage.
