00:00A man was arrested in Baseco, Manila for a murder and a series of carnapping in the city.

00:06The accused was caught using illegal drugs near the precinct.

00:11Let's talk to Jomar Apresto.

00:19The people of Baseco Police Station discussed this house in Manila

00:23where the subject of the operation, Alyas Ismael, is hiding.

00:28According to the police, he was involved in the incident of a murder and a series of carnapping in Baseco and other parts of Manila.

00:36They kidnapped a sedan and a tuk-tuk that belonged to the chairman of Baseco.

00:44Then, they killed him here in Block 15 last year.

00:47We've been looking for him for a long time.

00:49It's so happy that he was hiding in Del Pan.

00:51We went there several times but we couldn't catch him.

00:54The target that was arrested by the Warrant of Arrest was caught using drugs

00:59in a house a few meters away from a precinct in the area.

01:04He was also caught with another man who was being taught by his accomplice how to use illegal drugs.

01:10Two revolvers were obtained during the operation.

01:12A few sachets of umanishabu, a knife, and a car key.

01:16We're looking at another angle.

01:19We will subject the series of murders here to the two revolvers that we obtained for ballistic comparison

01:27so that we can follow the other murder cases here in Baseco.

01:30The accused will remain in the custody of Baseco Police Station while the court's commitment order is awaiting.

01:37The arrested will be faced with a complaint of violation of the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition,

01:42violation of the Omnibus Election Code, and violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
