00:22The warrant of arrest for the 34-year-old was issued to the tricycle driver.

00:35During the time of his arrest, our witnesses and our operatives identified him.

00:43According to the police, the crime in Bulacan happened in 2023.

00:46Twelve years ago, the woman was the victim in the neighborhood of the accused.

00:50Accordingly, the suspect abducted our minor and that's when he committed the crime.
