00:00Investigation is underway for Bureau of Animal Industry employees who allowed the entry of animals infected with Q fever disease.

00:08Meanwhile, the Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner inspects a vape shop in Quezon City selling products without BIR stamps.

00:21The Department of Agriculture is investigating Bureau of Animal Industry employees over the entry of imported goats from the U.S. infected with Queensland or Q fever disease.

00:3319 out of 94 goats tested positive.

00:36Q fever affects animals in the bovine family like goats, sheep, and cows and can spread to humans causing flu-like symptoms.

00:44The DA has suspended some Bureau of Animal Industry employees as a preventive measure.

00:50Meanwhile, the Department of Agriculture is helping farmers and fishermen affected by the typhoons with over P10 billion to cover crop and livelihood loss, infrastructure, and property damage.

01:02Aid includes crop insurance, loans, and pre-farm supplies.

01:06P500 million has been released from the Quick Response Fund.

01:10The DA is also exploring vegetable supplies for Luzon and may import 8,000 metric pounds of fish to ensure enough supply during the holidays and to control rising prices.

01:22The Department of Agriculture's National Rice Program held a brown rice feeding event and Be Rice Responsible campaign at Project 6 Elementary School, benefiting over 2,000 students and staff as part of the National Rice Awareness Month.

01:36The initiative raises awareness about rice, healthy eating, and responsible rice consumption.

01:42Students also pledged to follow the Be Rice Responsible principles, which include eating brown rice, not wasting rice, and supporting local rice.

01:50NRAM is celebrated every November to promote rice awareness and support local farmers.

01:57Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Romeo Lumagi Jr. conducted an inspection of a vape shop in Tomasmurato, Quezon City, which was selling products without BIR stands.

02:08Commissioner Lumagi Jr. encouraged the public to immediately report illegal vape retailers or resellers, as well as vapes being sold online so the BIR can take action.
