00:00I think as far as surge pricing is concerned, it's probably supply and demand, but I think it's a bit cheeky.
00:06They're building a rod for their own backs. You know, they'll get away. As soon as, like, you say it, then people are going to vote with their feet, aren't they? They're going to walk away.
00:16I think it's a bit silly, isn't it? I think, like, surely, logically, when it's more busy, the pint should realistically be a bit cheaper.
00:24Like, not more expensive just because there's more people. If it's less busy and pints are a bit more just to keep a business afloat, I understand.
00:31But, like, if it's really busy, you're getting so many customers where you don't need to have the prices higher.
00:37That's very much, to me, the way the likes of us don't want to put labels on anyone, but Uber do the same kind of thing, you know, when they know it's peak times, when they know the weather's rubbish.
00:46At the end of the day, I suppose it's just profit, isn't it, is what it's all about, and if they can earn more money by doing surge pricing at certain times and nice and popular times, then they will.
00:57But it seems a bit exploitative to me.
