00:00You finished the game with three Academy boys on the pitch, which probably shows where the squad is at the minute,
00:04but you must be so delighted with how they saw it out of professionalism.
00:07Yeah, listen, they've not really been in those positions before, so when Sidney went on amazing late on
00:14and he thinks he's Pele and escaped a big tree that goes from one end to the other and tries to slalom everybody,
00:21you're thinking, just pass it and make good decisions, but they'll learn from that.
00:27And I do believe as well, like Harrison Burrows first time Sheffield Derby, Michael Cooper first time Sheffield Derby,
00:33Jez has never played in a game like that before, Alfie's never played in a game like that before,
00:38you've got your Subhas, you've got your Annels, you've got your Vinnies, Blast has never played in a game like that before.
00:45So you look towards them and you look at those players, even though they've not come through our Academy,
00:53they'll get better through that experience.
00:55So I'd rather they be up for it and on it than being horizontal and it's just another game.
01:04So we have to adjust that a little bit and we have to accept that a little bit,
01:09that they might be a little bit tight and might be not on the top of the game.
01:14But hopefully off the back of that, the scenes at the end, the feeling at the end from everybody,
01:20four wins on the spin and a win in a highly anticipated, emotional, evenly contested game is brilliant for them.
