00:00In EU, for the EU AI Act, people are trying to do umbrella regulation laws to regulate
00:09everything related to AI.
00:12This is very general, but not very to the point.
00:17The China way of doing AI regulation is from the bottom up.
00:21The EU Act is from the top down.
00:24The China way that the Chinese government is doing regulation for algorithmic recommendation,
00:30deep synthesis, generative AI.
00:33So you can see that they're taking care of very to the point vertical domains.
00:39But China now, we don't have an umbrella law that covers everything related to AI.
00:46So I think the efforts from China and from EU is very complimentary that we should do
00:54both.
