00:21risks are already there. So what I suggest is really that everyone should come together, not
00:29only the leading countries like the United States, China and the UK, but also for the rest of the
00:35world. They have to be informed of the potential risks and also the global governance mechanisms
00:41has to be put with many of the voices from the global south that they raise their own concern.
