01:12and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

01:18northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya,

01:23rest of Ilocos Norte,

01:25and northern portion of Aurora.

01:27Based on the forecast track,

01:28the Ophel typhoon may landfall

01:30on the eastern coast of Cagayan or Isabela

01:33tomorrow afternoon.

01:34Expect strong and heavy rains

01:37from now until Friday.

01:40It is expected that there will be heavy rains

01:43in some parts of Ilocos Provinces,

01:45Cagayan Valley,

01:46and Cordillera Region.

01:48At the same time that the Ophel typhoon lands,

01:51another typhoon,

01:53known as the Pepito Typhoon,

01:55will land in Par,

01:56tomorrow night.

01:57According to the forecast,

01:58the typhoon may move down

02:00compared to the previous typhoons

02:02that raised the tide.

02:06and the strength of the high-pressure area in Japan.
