00:55It has a strength of 140 kilometers per hour and a magnitude of 170 kilometers per hour.

01:01It flows west-northwest at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

01:06According to the forecast, it is possible that the Typhoon Marseille will landfalls in Babuyan Islands

01:10or in the northern portion of mainland Cagayan on Thursday afternoon or night.

01:14If it continues, on Friday night, the Typhoon Marseille may already be outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
