00:12After the early morning, the water level started to rise in this part of Rojas District in Quezon City
00:19until the road was not seen.
00:21In some places, the water reached Lampastao.
00:23Residents had to be rescued using a rubber boat.
00:30The flood in Santo Domingo also reached Lampastao.
00:33The water almost reached their roof.
00:39Many motorists were stranded in Las Piñas after the Alabang-Zapote Junction flooded this evening.
00:44The level of the Longos River rose due to the continuous rain.
00:50The flood was so severe that the residents of Zapote 1, Bacoor, were evacuated.
00:55However, their rescue boats were already out.

01:04At 7 p.m., the water level reached 15.1 meters.
01:08It reached the part of River Park while the dam was closed.

02:15Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayau, Calinga, Abra, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Ilocos Norte,
02:23Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan,
02:31northern portion of Cavite, Rizal, and mainland Quezon.
02:34And signal number one in Batanes, rest of Rizal, rest of Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, rest of Quezon,
02:41Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, northern portion of mainland Palawan,
02:46along with Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayaan Islands, Cabarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes,
02:53Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate, as well as Tikau and Bureas Islands.
02:58Signal number one in Aklan, Capiz, Antique, along with Kaluya Islands, Iloilo,
03:03Bantayan Islands, western portion of northern Samar, and northern portion of Samar.
03:08In the forecast track of Pagasa, the storm will continue to move eastward in the West Philippine Sea
03:14until it leaves Par tomorrow.
03:16But there is also a possibility that it will loop or come back near Par.
03:24According to Pagasa, this is because of another LPA, which is a storm.
03:28It was last seen 2,045 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao.
03:33Aside from that, there is another LPA that is almost next to it.
03:37But for now, the chances of this being a storm are low.
