02:18In the rainfall outlook of Pagasa, rain will continue until tomorrow afternoon in Cagayan,

02:23Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayau, Isabela, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora.

02:32Rainfall is also possible in Metro Manila, especially in the afternoon and evening.
