00:09Magistrate M S Arunjothi decided this following an application
00:14by Deputy Public Prosecutor Izzat Amir Idem.
00:18Lawyer Muhammad Rafiq Rashid Ali, representing Muhammad Yusof Rother,
00:23did not object to the prosecution's application.
00:27On September 12th, Muhammad Yusof was charged with trafficking 305 grams of cannabis
00:34at a car park in front of the KL Police Headquarters at 10.15am on September 6th.
00:41No plea was taken as the case was under the jurisdiction of the High Court.
00:46On October 9th, he claimed trial to a charge of possessing imitation pistols
00:50at a roadside near a condominium in Bukit Kiara at 9.25am on September 6th.
00:57The case came up for mention before Magistrate S Magaswari,
01:00during which Izzat Amir requested the Court to fix a new date for mention.
01:05Muhammad Rafiq said the defence did not object to the prosecution's application
01:10and requested to be supplied with a copy of the charge made against his client.
01:15The Court then set December 13th for mention.
