01:33We are also trying to silence them with a statement.

01:37The OVP Legal Affairs Division Chief, Atty. Emily Rose Torrentira, was present at the hearing.

01:43According to her, she was laughed at by the Office of the Vice President.

01:47But at the beginning of the hearing, she refused to give testimony.

01:51That's the rule, internal rules of this house and this committee.

01:57You cannot speak unless you take your oath.
