00:19Because of the repeated slander in the House Quad Committee

00:23that is being investigated in Pogo, War on Drugs, and being extrajudicial killings during the Duterte administration,

00:30the police colonel Hector Grijaldo was condemned and arrested.

00:35Grijaldo is the former chief of Mandaluyong Police who is being investigated

00:40because of the murder of the former PCSO board secretary Wesley Barayuga.

00:46Grijaldo also told the Senate investigation that he was forced to lie to two co-chairs of the Quadcom

00:53to confirm the Humanoid Reward System in the Duterte Drug War.

00:58Grijaldo is being held responsible for the repeated slander in the Quadcom hearing

01:02that led to his operation in Balicat on December 2 due to Rotator Cuff Syndrome.

01:08But some congressmen said that they also underwent the same operation and recovered immediately.

01:15This is, I believe, his fourth time to skip the Quadcom.

01:23But in the Senate, he doesn't have Rotator Cuff Syndrome.

01:28I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but I really believe it's high time that with the indulgence of all the chairmen,

02:06amid allegations that he was involved in the POGO operation in the country.

02:11Although there are many reasons why Attorney Harry Roque

02:14did not submit the documents that he claimed to verify here

02:20and instead, he hid and concealed the Quadcom and questioned its jurisdiction.

02:27Aside from hiding, he also escaped to other countries.

02:32He still has a lot to explain to the country.
